I don't know why he even cared towards the end. The music was all suspenseful like is he going to get 10 pounds? I doubt that 10 pounds would even pay for his ticket out of the car park after the show!
People are so damn greedy! 22 years ago, my father decided to start putting money aside in a savings account for his future son's college fund. One day, I thought about how this could be an enormous advantage for me in my future. So, I started working hard throughout my entire life as a student, and have now earned a full ride scholarship, meaning I don't need to use the money ($66,000). I also bought a very cheap car that gets 36 mpg instead of a Ferrari. My point? Be smart, not greedy. Peace.
