What's wrong with that? Life's great outside of the city when you can breathe fresh air and take your snowmobile to work.

Are the building permits included? Are we allowed to use a propane furnace, or must we build with a heat pump? And how much extra does it cost to have a home built waayyyy up there?
I've read of places doing this before, and one of the stipulations was to have foundations put in within three years.
literally in the middle of no where. You are charging a minium 9 dollar more.
I guess we are not taxes enough in Canada should go up to 90% tax. Am surprise no one here mentioned property taxes. Must small towns like this would cost you 5k to 10k year in taxes, its the only way a city can generate income.

I think it's a legit if it's coming directly from the city.
But there is going to be stipulations on how you build your house... and if you can afford it.
Depending on the infrastructure if you have City sewers, water, septic tank.

I can offer $25 assuming land is not less than 1m2, without water or mineral rights, and Trudeau/Freeland's personal accounts pay for all taxes/levies for all time.
