@@ElectronicSecret I wanted to update a software and for some reason I did tried to do a factory reset , but it remained frozen on the screen where It showed the country , language etc then after a while I saw a message saying it will go to "store mode " in 30 secs , Then I tried again to go back to program the channels/ cable It didn't worked . Then now it won't turn on lol 🤦🏻♀️
