Dear Toni, I just wanted to tell how much I enjoy, that you let us profit from your knowledge and experience. And you have this nice teacher vibe which is just heartwarming ❤ please keep on doing this! Thank you! 🙏
Been following this channel for a couple weeks now, really helping me advance my playing. I’m a jazz bassist by trade and I appreciate the level at which you present this information.
Perfectly good, accurate and pleasant version of Nica’s Dream ( love the 3 chords ending with the C sharp9). Thanks a million for keeping alive our beloved Jazz.
Great video as always. This is an advanced tune no doubt. There is an earlier version Horace did with Art Blakey & the Jazz Messengers, it’s at a slower tempo.
The bridge to this has driven me crazy for about 50 years. It seems so out of place… maybe even corny sounding in spite of the cool changes. I’m bothered in much the same way by that strange part in Killer Joe which seems out of place. But… I love them both.

I love this tune and the harmonic changes.
Hello Tony. Big thanks for this video which inspired me to make my own small arrangement also using your backing-track. Regards, Nick

I stick with Tony's version, but thanks.
