I'm still in the first minute of the video, but thank you for just acknowledging that there's a lot to it. Everyone keeps talking like its the simplest thing to do on earth, ummm no.... so thank you for that. Yes, im a noob. edit: I can't seem to access your website :/
i would love to see an entire sqlite course with flutter, maybe using bloc also and more in depth than the normal course, as there are plenty but they all show the same, few show when you have a few databases, like say you want to created a workout on one page, then it uses that id to go to another page and show then exercises that you create, then maybe another page that you go through from the id of the exercise you created to then create sets of that exercise with the reps and weights, nothing i have seen covers something like that, but that would be a real world situation.
SQL is the most natural, beautiful language for set-wise data handling. Fluent syntax is horrible once you reach a relatively simple threshold (Before the second/third chapter of a beginners SQL book). ORMs are technical dept incarnate and their syntax only works for really simple stuff.
nice video keep it up...but please can you also do a video on Firesbase too.... I find it difficult to understand their snapshot and other stuffs...I would be very glad if you make a video on that. Thanks in advance
Thanks for ur video. Clearly explained. Can u please make a video how to insert the multi dimensional json array to sqlite and how to fetch those from sqlite?
Hello thanks for the great tutorial... as I am new to flutter I got idea about sqlite database.... BUT I have one query. I have prepared database with 500+ entries and I have to do CRUD operation. So where I should put my data in flutter app so it will work on both iOS and Android... and how to set path of database... in my case.. A word of reply will be highly appreciated. Thanks sir.
Hi! I just read your tutorial and I have a question to ask you: If I want to perform the user-side registration with an infinite number of users, how do I do it?
Thanks for the video! Good introduction to Sqflite. Although, the fact that you don't know what to do with the version number, looks a little bit... questionable! No offense, but this is quite important if you want your app to still work after future updates!
I'm getting an error in this section Future here Database shows red I installed the path, I installed the sqflite package, but I get an error and it does not import the sqflite./sqflite.dart part, what could be the problem?
good video, thanks.. just one question, it's necessary to close the database (db.close)? in another videos i saw it and i don't know the reason to do this
When I run the code it throws an exception:- Exception has occurred. SqfliteDatabaseException (DatabaseException(UNIQUE constraint failed: users.username (code 1555 SQLITE_CONSTRAINT_PRIMARYKEY)) sql ' INSERT INTO users( username, password ) VALUES (?, ?) ' args [Gautam, 12345]}) What should I do?
Hello, I wanna build a simple home pick app can I start the login things by using your way (sqflite)? Thank you for the great video. I already subscribed when sow LOVE in the header haha

I can't access it either - the website returns no data (ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE)
@@franklinlegg7719 same here I cant copy the code
I also thank you for acknowledging that theres a lot to know.
"We're not going into the code, it's all explained in the medium post" - never gives a link, website down. Fukn genius.
I know right, total lifesaver
I like your introduction to sql and flutter relationship in terms of learning them..

Thank You VERY MUCH after watching alots of videos i finally made my database with your video thank you again :D God Bless You...

var resMap = res[0]; works but when i try var resMap = res; it gives an error: type 'QueryResultSet' is not a subtype of type 'Map'
did you solve it?
Hey, I was wondering if you could please share the link for the code? The links to your site are not working. The tutorial is great though.

Hi!

Hello. Thanks for the video, but as far as I do not understand English well, but in Russian there is no video on this topic, I ask you who can help me
Really a good tutorial.
You are printing only the first value in DB.
How to print all the values in Database to the second screen?
If you want all values just take out [0]. That accesses the value at the first index of the result array

good video, thanks.. just one question, it's necessary to close the database (db.close)? in another videos i saw it and i don't know the reason to do this
It's not necessary as it will be closed when the application is terminated. But if you want to release resources, you can close the database.
thanks
You're welcome!
link to the code is not working!!!!!
MissingPluginException(No implementation found for method getDatabasesPath on channel com.tekartik.sqflite)
not able to resolve this
Most probably because you have'nt imported path.dart to your file
When I run the code it throws an exception:-
Exception has occurred.
SqfliteDatabaseException (DatabaseException(UNIQUE constraint failed: users.username (code 1555 SQLITE_CONSTRAINT_PRIMARYKEY)) sql ' INSERT INTO users(
username, password
) VALUES (?, ?)
' args [Gautam, 12345]})
What should I do?
Looks like it didn't get a value for the primary key column
the font size is killing my eyes
hahaha :) same here

Thank you for the great video. I already subscribed when sow LOVE in the header haha
For login(users), use an external database
tengo ganas de una reata
Can I get the github link for this?
Great Tutorial. Yes, make a complex SQL paid course that covers everything please. Thanks
FreeCodeCamp has a 4 hour video about MySQL but they teach the basics of SQL first.
You are explaining things way fast.

man, just post a video doing what the title says. I came because I want to use SQLite in Flutter. I didn't come for your 7 minutes rant.
