Peugeot 308 SW refilling DPF fluid and resetting the computer using Diagbox

- My Peugeot 308 SW II came with the fault that the DPF fluid (Eolys Powerflex) reservoir was empty. So in this video I will show how to refill it an then the computer needs to be reset. I used Diagbox to do this.

FAP or Dpf fluid cleans the particulate filter by changing the temperature at which the trapped soot burns off. Adblue changes the nitrogen dioxide in the exhaust gasses to carbon dioxide and water vapour (I think!) So two different systems working side by side.
This is not Adblue its pat fluid completely different poducts....

I use an actia also called an lexia. Without it you can’t use diagbox

Ik heb het bij misteroil besteld. De vulslang zat er bij. De kleur van de tankring geeft aan welk type eolys er in moet. De variant die ik gebruikt heb zag ik niet meer in hun webshop

Hello, I would like to ask you if you have evere done the "additive pump" test in Lexia, it is under the additive pump computer.
There are 2 tests - 1. sound test - simple listening if the pump is clicking during some period of time
2. flow test - to measure how much additive the pump gives
If I do nr. 2. "the flow test", the pump gives only 6 ml, but Lexia writes it should give 20 ml.
Tested on 2 cars - Peugot Partner 2013, Citroen Berlingo 2012, both 1.6 HDi, 68 kW.
I have never tested this.

It is quite simple - just disconnect the hose going from the additive tank to the diesel tank and put a bottle under the additive tank outlet, then start the test in Lexia and measure volume.

Als het goed is heeft de aansluiting van je vulleiding een kleur. Deze geeft aan welk type vloeistof je dient te gebruiken. Succes met je klus.

Was the error P15B3?
I got this error at 174K on C4 Picasso 2018.
For those who read this, yes P15B3 means low Eolys fluid.
You need to reset the counter in the eolys pump module and in main ECU.
Do you need to top up the fluid with every type of t9 engine?
This is for the Euro 6 diesel. I thought there are 2 differnt systems possible.

Hi Jan. Please may I ask what interface you have between diagbox and the car. Is it ELM327 by any chance? Or do you have a specific cable?

I use an “lexia”, as I understood you will need to be able to use diagbox. I think I bought it from Amazon

Hello, wich year is your Peugeot ? is Euro 5 or Euro 6 engine?
The car is from 2015 and Euro 6
Is this liquid together with adblue or without ?
This is not the adblue, that is in an tank in the trunk. Filling adblue does not need an computer and it is the driver manual. This car has both systems.
@@janjoukeDIY sorry, my question was unclear : car equipped with this tank ( Eolis as I remember name ) together with adblue tank. I am surprised that both tanks are installed. I have 508 blue hdi and still don't know whether car equipped with Eolis)))
