If you land on ground it is very tricky to get more distance. 2,097,152 is the last possible glitch phase to play on conveniently in hcr1, but its barely doable and you need short fuel distances. I would then say that 1,048,576-1,100,000 is the best you can do without infinite fuel. I can also say that ragnarok is the only human viable map t get 1,048,576 on, because seriously. What other map could do it, moon? Screw that, 131,072 is already too hard to get because of fuels in vexing spots and how precise you need to be. As the hills get higher, you just can't get much farther because of the skill needed to do anything more. Ragnarok is cracked for long distance :) tl/dr, as the glitch phases get more annoying, 1,100,000m is possible (With normal fuel duration) but tricky, and ragnarok is the only human viable map for 1 million because of how easy it is.
