Thank you for all these details, because I had a doubt with my pair of sneakers! But now I'm reassured, these are real sneakers. I think the only quick way to see the difference at a glance is to look at the insole impressions. The text outlines are not as sharp and the black color is much duller on the fakes (by the way even the sole textile is completely different). Thank you very much, I couldn't notice this before.
Great review! Just the video I needed. Another difference I noticed in the video is the texture/pattern that’s on the sail midsole. On the replica the texture seems a lot more “sharp”, whereas on the authentic it’s “softer”, not as defined. You can really see it when you compared the smiling faces on the back.
I wonder how you didn’t catch the rfid chip behind the size tag label in front of the box it’s a new style chip and on the replica pair it has the old style rfid chip the new ones have a multiple arrow design
Are the insoles typically glued in? Just got a pair from Goat and in another video they ripped when being removed from the shoe. So I’m hesitant to try and remove them from the pair i just purchased. How easy/simple was it (or is it supposed to be) for you to remove the insoles on the authentic pairs you purchased? Thank you for the review. Good work. Very helpful.
My glue pattern on the insole is a bit different than yours. (The top line has faded a little bit). Is this something to worry about or is this just something minor that can be a factory defect? Mine is produced in the EU aswell!
I would disagree with you on the suede especially the color and how much it suede changes. I bought 5 pairs 2 for retail and 3 resell all of them have different shades. Everything from stitching, shape, and smell is the same. Since its higher stock i would assume quality control would be an issue.
Ya but the color of the suede should not be a huge difference of color tone between them. Minimally sure but not a night and day difference. Glad I got mine through apb. Thanks for checking out the video 🫡
These comparisons are only really useful if Nike made every shoe identical 100% of the time, and we all know that’s definitely not the case. If you had five retail pairs to compare you would find difference with stitching, tongue tag placement, colour tone etc without doubt.
I don’t think you watched the video in its entirety. That truly is a rookie comment when it comes to this. Plain and simple they will ever match the actual structure and build of the authentic. I’ll give you a subtle difference here and there on authentic pairs but a whole different structure and build not a chance.
@@Theauthenticationguru I get that, but you’re still pointing out minimal differences that would most likely be present when looking at two retail pairs, which I find unnecessary, and on top of that not all fakes are the same, some make them way better than others, so these videos are definitely not a definitive way to authenticate your sneakers
@@bfcricky get you some authentic shoes compared to the fakes and then go ahead and tell me but otherwise you have no idea what you’re talking about. I’ve been doing this for years. I have no issues with fakes however nobody should be scammed. I’ve been scammed and many others on a sale or two. I only knew my shoes were fake from watching a real vs fake video. Top tier or not the fakes cannot compare. I’m not going to lie to people to get people to buy fakes bro. Not my style. I have a pair I bought from stock x. They seem legit. The only thing that’s throwing me off is there are no stickers on the insole. Do all of them come with stickers?
I got a pair off SNKRS and a pair off Undefeated raffle. The pair I got of SNKRS had a lighter shade of olive compared to the pair I got on Undefeated. Also the production date on the SNKRS pair was made in 03/20/24-04/26/24 as opposed to the 1/31/24-4/02/24 production date on the Undefeated pair
I want to ask too, all sign correct (I think). But my shoe production date 05/01/24 - 06/18/24. Is that real or not? I have the receipt from Nike..Please help 😢
they are scary how much they look like the authentic ones... what I do to legit them is to check the sole because in the rep ones it is softer than in the original, but by photos it is very complicated to know if it is rep or real. thanks for the video !
I bought a pair of Jordan 5 Oreo (Moonlight) replicas. One tongue was noticeably fatter on one of the shoes. I was done buying reps after that. Returning them back to china is a hassle and it’s not like these things are cheap.
Thank you. I feel you. This authentic pair on the resale market is much lower than its processors in cost. Stay focused fam and thank you for checking out the video 🫡
I can’t stand when people say they are exactly the same and made in the same factories with the same exact materials if that were true then no one would pay resell for shoes I would say they are all probably made in the same areas and some people might work in both factories but they are not made exactly the same I’ve never seen a fake that was not Off by at least 3 or more features
You are correct bro. Honestly I personally don’t have an issue with fakes but tbh let’s be honest about it. No need to make someone feel better saying they are the same. Some can come really close like the Jordan 11’s but c’mon other than that just wear the shirt and move on. 🫡

Definitely take your time peeling them off. Yes mine were a bit tough but I slowly pulled them back inch by inch prior to making the video.
