We are taught our body is filthy and result of sin. Can you imagine the impact of just that one statement? Our body is the only tool to experience and explore life. Its so beautiful everything about it. Like this for every question there is a predetermined answer in religion. Actually there is not even a space for questions in religion. Hinduism is a way of being based on dharma. Dharma means whatever brings balance or good for the whole universe. Not just humans. That's why every life is valued. The idea that life is human centric comes from the religions like christian. But see what we have done to the whole planet because we think other lives are below us.

Nice reaction, stuff Sadhguru says is so deep. A common Hindu belief is that there is one Ulitimate Reality, the many 'gods' are different views of that one reality. Like one diamond with many facets. You pick the gods that most fit you as a person and your temprament / personality. Fits so well with modern phsychology. Also, you don't know if there is definitely a supernatural being, you become a seeker to try and find out if one exists though life experience, seeing the world as it is and turning inwards. If you get enough requests try watching some BK Shivani videos, she gives more practical advice.
