first steps of taming an arab stallion in mallorca.
this horse used to be for plenty of time separeted in a staple . no sun no space , out of fear out of respect ,gone up everytime when he could get out of the staple (of course)
the process is to get his attention , and clear the leader situation , sadly we could not limit the area to avoid running after him , the mission was to clear the fact ,that the human has the controll of running left or right ,or speed . means for the horse , if you dont want to follow , if you prefer running like crazy cause for exsample smelling the mares ,forgot respecting the humanbeeing, or because nobody gave him before that attention , means i let you run , but in my direction , and as soon he realised that next to me he can stay calm and without fear,no stress, i release the entire preassure , wich is the moment of a change , for me and for the horse .
it might look stressfull for the horse ,but this is one of the natural things (games) they do in the herd . as we can see , i just run after him and dont let him decide the direction neither the tempo ..
