I don't have personal experience with it, but from a few people that worked at places that had separate bathrooms, I've been told the women are more messy than the men. I haven't taken a bath since I was a teen and travel regularly between St. Thomas USVI and New England (divorced parents). STT you have to take Navy showers, get in, turn it on, get wet with cold water. turn it off, soap up, turn the water on, rinse off in cold water, turn it off. The water costs probably 20 cents a gallon in bulk for the cisterns most houses have.
