I was there for a few days in June and I must admit that they really brilliantly managed to give the atmosphere of the big national park like Yellowstone. And now, around Christmas time, I can't think of a better place in DIsneyland where the atmosphere would be as magical at this time of year.

Is the outside portion of the pool heated - like a hot tub type temperature and warmer the the water inside?

I think it will have the same temperature as inside. The outside portion of the pool is closed a lot.

Resort looks GREAT. As a Native Californian whos spent lots of time in Sequoia NP, it looks very cozy and rooms seem on par with WDW moderate resorts. We just booked here in Club Level for 4 nights. Can't wait. 1st time to DLP, Paris for that matter!

True. But keep in mind that this still is one of the more cheaper hotels
