It seems best to use this brutality against a player that likes to play at that range. I don't think Sub-Zero likes that mid to 1/2 screen range. Other characters with reaching weapons in their hands like Jade, Kollector, Shao, Sindel, etc... may be the best to get that brutality off against. They are comfortable fighting at the range you're trying to get the brutality to trigger at. Idk.

You might have gotten it in your second match. However...you did 2 things wrong that sabotaged you. 1: You went in air too much in the first match that they knew to (at least) mixing up the distances, and to counter/punish whenever you got in the air.
2: You got frustrated enough to keep re-matching them which gave them the opportunity to keep learning ways to counter/punish and when.
Glad that you got it in the end. The down-side of watching and learning patterns...I suck at any of the actual play myself.
Jonny cages throwing shades Brutality is the hardest to get. The Spacing is just absolutely nuts.

Kollector. Hole in one, you have to have over 40%, you have to be close to the opponent, and you have to fully charge the ball and chain, (BF2). Like someone is really gonna let you stand there and fully charge that thing without comboing you
