Thanks for the comment. You can use a temperature stick. I use my hand. If I feel just warm, I go another pass. Hope it helps.

You can just leave it until cools dow or you can use a fan. Sometimes, i use an pressure air.

IF WE dont keep any gap betweeen two work piece with tig penetrate and does penetration of flux needed to strengthen the joints

It is kind of common skill for tig pipe welder. Absolutely, anyone can do it.
