So I just started working at starbucks and I'm kind of confused, when making a caramel macchiato are you supposed to put caramel around the cup and on the top?
love the vid but i’d encourage you to review some of your recipe cards. for example cold brews get half the amount of full pumps and shaken espressos get half pumps.

i would love to be a barista, but i have no experience whatsoever. i have tried applying in the past, but no luck sadly. is it fun? stressful?
it can get pretty stressful during rush hours, especially with no experience. but it is also very fun and you always learn something new ☺️

What would they need gloves for? Because I’ve been in the restaurant industry for years, and gloves aren’t something we’d use for this. Washing your hands is more sanitary than constantly using gloves (also less wasteful).
