Microwave Fans !!! They are very Hilarious.........All they can think is Fire Ballard. Our defense will be improved because of their continuity as Coach is talking about. AR will be able to deliver the ball down field. We will see some Big Pass Plays this year. Go Colts !!! RELAX MICROWAVERS !!!
How about we sign some actual defensive players and build up our secondary or else we’re gonna have the same record as we did last year I know Ballard doesn’t care, but God dang
Hey Shane what’s it like having a GM that won’t improve on the second to last scoring defense in the league? Building inside out that is proven not to work? and the focus should be qb then ends, WR and corners
@@blakefrancisboggs7526 Exactly, it’s year after year after that the Colts having huge holes on the rosters, and every year it costs us, 3 years ago WRs, last you oline, dbs, and wrs. And this coming year wr, db, and now safety. We seriously could go 2-6 in the division with these holes
@@carytrabue9521 he ain’t spending no money on no names this was the perfect offseason to sign big names or trade for them to push us into contention but no let’s just repeat the 9-8 season #FIREBALLARD

Shane Steichen proved last season to be a very worthy Head Coach for the Colts. He performed at a very high level, and worked very hard to overcome a usually disastrous condition that typically blows up a season for most any team. The lead QB going down with injury, the lead running back and contract issues and trade demands, and a roster of players he'd never coached before along with being in a new city coaching a new team. This season is looking like he's going to have to use a roster with basically the same players and will be under pressure to do better. Basically, if our GM continues to covet and pursue mediocrity, it's going to be quite difficult to produce a record that exceeds mediocrity. I'm not just referencing L'Jarius Sneed's recent trade situation and eventual Titan signing either. I am referencing 7 years of evidence and the team's record during that period. Sure there's an asterisk for the Andrew Luck retirement, and a few years of QB purgatory but the relentless pursuit of draft mediocrity shows, the lack of more talented free agent acquisitions shows. Is the purpose to win Super Bowls or be known as a great cap management organization? I go pretty far back with the Colts, and I've seen a lot. Sometimes being thrifty can still produce a solid roster, and wins however more times than not it produces a middling team that hungers for exceptional talent. This coming draft, the team drafts at #15 in the first round. We's got a serious mediocre defensive backfield. Specifically at the Corners. We also have proven to lack a thumping great coverage Safety. It'll be interesting to see what the GM does at this draft slot. He seems to really love 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th round players a lot. I realize you can trade back and occasionally hit on a late round gem every once in awhile. It however is not the the highest reliability of finding blue chip talent. I also realize there's opportunity for the classic first round busts too. Sometimes though, you've got to infuse the roster with the day one picks instead of trading them back all the time. Yes you get more draft picks when you do that but when you do it year over year and you remain a mediocre football team year over year there comes a tipping point, do you really want to win Super Bowls? As a longtime fan of the organization I feel we've got a fantastic new, and young Head Coach and believe that opportunity may get wasted by unnecessary bargain, and garage sale thrift store shopping. Don't draft any gems that got injured last college season from a school that doesn't compete at high collegiate levels and then state he has high upside. Go get the highly skilled well proven professional football ready players that are usually right in front of you. Just a thought from the, " Save Steichen ", club! C A
I've been a Colts fan for over 20 years. I don't understand Ballard's love of mediocrity. He really loves his B and C level players. The only A level players would be Nelson, Taylor, Gay and Buckner. We need AR to be an A and another weapon on offense to an A level player to truly compete.
Kind of softball questions .. defense at the bottom of the league.. staying pat with a team that failed to make the playoffs they alot of improvements needed wr, tight end, secondary .. I wish i heard a hint of not being happy with last years results.. i may be wrong

Steichen is sharp! Always have a chance with a guy like him coaching.
17-0 next year
20-0 with the superbowl ring
I honestly could see them doing it if they stay healthy. Of course you always have the refs to rig games (ie Chiefs super bowls)

Ballard has had 8 seasons, he is a below average gm period. But hey, call me a microwave while I'm bringing the facts 😂.
