I got this bcd and used it 3 days ago for the first time. I have to say great stability, nice fit (little hard material whit only a swimming short) ofcourse their are a lot cheaper BCD’s available. But in my opinion it is an amazing bcd, a lot of extra features for attaching extra pockets, knives or lights. Every attachment does come with a price but my opinion. TOP OF THE LINE!!
I love this bcd. As a 5'3" female, I don't have much room to access pockets which I use for camera items and flashlights. Furthermore, this bcd allows you to adjust the bcd to tailor for any particular body shapes. And it's lightweight on dry land:).

I have it and yes is quite good and super comfortable
I've been using an entry level Cressi R1 BCD for 3 years. I dive probably 3 times a week in the Great Lakes in the summer and in the winter, all over the world. It works just fine. I wish I could justify this Scuba Pro BCD but I just can't.
Wheres the Octo in all of this?
If you look at the air dump/fill he has what scubapro calls the air 2 system.

Hi, my Hydros BC shoulder strap has broken and the Malaysia distributor has placed order since 5 June. Till todate, there’s no sign of getting the replacement. Is it a common defect until many replacement that caused the part running out of stocks? I was attracted by the ‘BC for life’ and now I’m so embarrassed to bring it to diving trip.
I'm sorry to read about your ill experience with your Hydros Pro and also with your dealer. I'm curious, did you bought yours from Sea***tis?
