Does your Car Pops out off Gear ? Here is explanation WHY ?

Oddly on my car this exact problem happens on 5th gear.
Can you tell us from what car these gears come from?
I own a Xsara Picasso (first model) but it has the gearshift handle module seperate from the gearbox connected by rods or cables (im not sure which one). I'm not sure if the module is bad or gearbox is bad or isn't setup right.
When accelerating the gearshift moves a lot in every gear. But it pops out on the 5th more often than other gears.
