Hey Lily, regarding the bird I recommend to ask your local chimney sweep. They're familiar with this problem as birds often try to nest in chimneys over summer time. Good luck! 🤞🏻
Hi hun if it’s a real fire call your chimney sweep. If you don’t manage to get it out it will decompose and it will turn to flies in house if an open fire or tons of flies when you open the door of the stove. You need a thing placing over your chimney on the roof so birds cannot get in to nest hun. Hope you get it sorted. If you wanted to do it yourself you could by a sweeping kit in the hope of being able to push it out nut no idea how much they cost etc I just wouldn’t turn the drill on to spin if you do it yourself as not sure if it would harm the bird if that makes any sense. X
Hi Lily, if the bird is trapped it will have a low survival rate 3-5 days. RSPCA won't attend but may offer advice. A local chimney sweep might be the best option.
Enjoying your vlogmas. I’m excited to be going to the Christmas Wool Show at the Birmingham Conference Centre this weekend. There will be so much yarn to drawl over. Regards the bird have you considered contacting a chimney sweep 😮
