Resting tremors can be due to Parkinson's disease. Or maybe hyperthyroidism
It's happened to me .when i started use cyclosporine

Cerebellar disease I think coz I had read that in Parkinson's there is pill rolling movement
But, In cerebellar disease the tremors are increased on performing an activity, that is intentional tremorsHere, in this case, the tremors are at rest.
Is this due to anxiety
b/l fine tremer seen parkinsion also pts is near about 50 year most likely so anxity is nott likely
