I do agree that 720p is the sweetspot for a gaming phone with a g99 ultimate. 1080p would push more pixels, decreasing the performance and gfx quality. You wont see the difference of 720p and 1080p at this screen size at a normal playing distance. Even the steam deck and switch are both 720p with larger screen size. 720p is a great choice for this SoC. Saves battery, gives better performance, and it does not fully degrade the experience due to the phone size.
According to some sources, yung Helio G99 Ultimate po is a gpu-overclocked version of the G99. Around 10% overclock so around mga 1200 mhz from 1100 mhz. While hindi siya noticeable sa benchmarks, it could help games be more stable pag gpu -limited. It can make a 25 fps game at least reach 30 fps for stability.. The difference with the g99 ultra is that it is a g99 with an updated ISP for camera improvements, without oc sa cpu and gpu. Also, 720p is the sweetspot for this kind of SoC dahil it would lessen the load for the gpu to output those pixels. Plus, hindi it could save more battery. This is very beneficial as it could give 10-30% gpu boost since halos half lang ng pixels irerender compared to 1080p. Also, di rin naman halata yung pixels at this size at a normal viewing angle. I have the ipad pro m1 with 264 ppi (similar to this itel rs4) and an iphone with higher resolution. I cant even tell the difference unless I really look for it at sobrang lapit ng mata ko sa screen. This device is indeed a "gaming phone" for its price range. It is a good move to overclock that gpu a little bit, and use a 720p, to better loosen the stress to the gpu. This could perform better than those 8 to 10k g99 with 1080p screen. Kudos to itel! Probably would buy one as a backup phone pag nalowbat ang mga device.
aminado ako interesting ung mga review nyo boss plus may bend test din na kasali nakikita ko talaga na may force sa bend at syempre interesting na well made na talaga mga phones ngayon mapa low end, to mid-range phones salamat boss lodi for review ... keep it up😊
Much better to get the Nubia Neo 1 which is now only around 6.9k+ with a much powerful Unisoc T820 with 4x A76 performance cores + 4x low power cores. T820 also has four cores with its MaliG52 MC4 than etong Helio G99 with only MaliG52MC2. Regarding the brand, Nubia has been here since 2012 pa.
Pero i guess yun na yung trade off nila.
Disagree. I even tried na ilagay sa highest graphics and although nagframedrop, playable parin.

itel rs4 is really good, the performance is good, it's also good for gaming, 5,000 ma battery, fast charger 45w, it's good to use it
G99 ultimate is an OC-gpu version of the g99. It is better than the ultra na ISP bump lang. Wala ako mahanap exact oc numbers pero im guessing 10%
If ganun nga 10% increase, that's pretty good

They should have focused on the screen more like only 90hz then size is 6.5 screen with 1080p screen with smaller bezels
Iyak yang g99 sa sumeru at Fontaine sa genshin even at lowest 😂 good "solid" phone for it's price nonetheless kung ang habol ay 120hz.
