I think searching for an MTI post is probably only possible by directly asking the employer only.
Because as such search on NHSjobs site doesn't get you anywhere with MTI, you have to ask the employer if the post accepts applicants via MTI route.

MTI jobs are frequently advertised online. You just need to keep looking.
Contacting employers could be another option and you may get a positive response if you are lucky

Sir I have 3 year post graduation emergency medicine experience in different private hospitals. I didn’t do FCPS. And don’t have MRCP. Although preparing for MRCEM part 1 exam which will be done soon. Also have valid oet.

Unfortunately no, as you need atleast MRCP/MRCEM or you should be in any sort of training program to be eligible for MTI

Yes you can get a job even without part 3 after MTI. With part 3 you will get a middle grade job and SHO job without part 3.

Yes you can but not if you have failed PLAB

Unfortunately through MTI you don't get much hands on experience, rather its mostly service provision but importantly MTI opens a pathway for further higher training in UK in future

@@doc-khan with fill full MRCP you can get a registrar job and subsequently apply for ST4 trianing

And secondly sir .is getting a job easy after mrcp ? B/c getting a job after plab is very difficult these days
@@doc-khan with MRCP you are eligible for registrar job. But Its always good to start as an SHO for first 3-6 months if it is your first job.
And Its easier to get middle grade job in general medicine.
Sir I have done my MD and cleared recently in may 2023. But currently I am not working in tertiary care hospital rather I am working at small taluka hospital. So Can I give thát certificate of 1 year like 2023 ?
if you can get a certificate from taluka hospital it would be ok with GMC

You might be able to support your family but you won't be saving much with CPSP MTI salary unless you do Locums

You can apply in both but in non-CPSP MTI your FCPS training won’t be counted

@@thetwodocsyes doc I have a postgraduate degree, MSc in Health Economics and also a West African College of Physician Exam Certificate.
@@bandeeyskitchenette I don’t think that they would consider MSC. But you can still email Royal college to confirm this.

Actually the Royal college only recognise the post graduation from selected countries/ colleges. That’s why you need to email them to check whether they recognise it or not.

@@harisbulandkhan4688 if you want to come to UK then I would suggest ñon-CPSP MTI. As the contract is flexible and pay is better.

@@doc-khan MTI jobs in cardiology at junior level are far less than acute medicine or Emergency Medicine, with a lot of competition.
And the best way to increase your chances are to get MRCP done, even part 1&2 would be good
