5:10 - end of video: I'm a bit confused, is "50" the value of N (number of inverter ports) you calculated or the value of FO_L? edit: I see they are the same thing; the same equation was written twice with different symbols

Yes, both are same thing. The second equation was written just in case, if anyone is not able to visualise ,why 2mA was subtracted from IOL.
