Most of the time out of the 4 games needed to win a series. The best player is responsible for 2 the sidekick 1 and the role players 1. Harden got them 2 wins vs. Boston almost single handedly. Embiid couldn't even manage to secure the one needed to advance.
Give credit to zach , somebody finally pointing out that kawhi's defense is stepping up. With the amount of firepower this team has, give an 18points 9rebounds kawhi with lockout defense anyday.
having harden running the offense def helps. him and PG doesn't have to create shot for themselves majority of the game now so they have more energy to defend on the other side

Best Clippers segment I’ve heard on any media platform. I had grown tired of the over the top praise without substance but this was excellent by Zach and Ohm
Even with all that defense, the analytics suggests that Trae still impacts the game more than D.White. Got my own computation where all the advanced analytics are jammed to get a single number called "game impact", and its 1. Hali, 2. Trae, 3. Maxey, 4. Dame. 5. Mitchell 6. Brunson. 7 D. White
Just a question but why aren't teams both on a back to back when they play each time if you're going to do that in the nba? Also make it so the home team is coming back into town off a road trip and the visiting team is flying in so both have some measure of jet lag instead of measurably better rest/freshness on one team?

If I could like this 💯M times I would. Every team play back to back & 5gms in 7 days. I heard than T-wolves landed at 1pm on gm day and still manage to took Celtics to overtime without 2 of their best players. They didn't use it as an excuse. Celtics only knows how to shoot 3 & if they are not falling then they are very beatable. This is not a recipe for winning a 🏆.

Lue has one of the most stacked rosters in the league, two former MVPs, a 2x finals MVP, plus Paul George. I don't think he is doing anything incredible to get them to this record.

I just don't care about Trae Young's empty stats. He's absolutely tiny defensively (listed at 164 pounds, which is insane, and the sad part is he looks it; how has this guy not gotten any stronger since coming into the L?), doesn't play well with others, is a chucker, and his team stinks. I prefer winning players. I'll take Brunson, Mitchell, White, and many others over Trae Young.
This season, Zach has seriously keep punching down on the Raptors and Scottie Barnes. He even did it on his pre-season preview. I don't know what his problem is with Toronto, but he needs to chill. Raptors fans know that the team is not good. It's not necessary to keep bring it up. It's funny how when it involves the Lakers or GSW, he gives them the benefit of the doubt because of the aging all stars

best coach is spolestra, then a gap for the second tier. Great coaches win and their teams over perform. Lue is a much better coach than Doc RIvers as is obvious with how well harden has fit. But harden fit in Brooklyn too in 2021, running the league most efficient offense before going down with the 2nd grade hamstring strain. IT wasnt really taht complex to see harden fit, it just meant Kawi and PG did less time running the offense and that has worked well for them. Running the offense is exhausting and you want to run Kawi and PG with energy in the 4th quarter. If they are fatigued by the 4th, its gonna be tough for them. ANd that means harden getting others involved in the offense early to keep PG and kawi fresh for that 4th quarter on offense and defense. Guys who are physically tired miss shots and dont play their best defense. Clippers weakness appears to be against long teams, teams that are tall and long like the TWolves and Cavs. In order to beat them they have to hit 3's and that means the bench needs to hit them too.
I can't see Harden being bad.. For Harden to be bad in the playoffs he has to be piling up tons of turnovers and shooting O for from the field. Like literally all Harden needs to do is get them 7-10 assists with only 2-3 turnovers control the offense ignite that pick and roll and knock down a couple open shots, get yourself to 10-12 points.
That's it man You got Kawhii, You got PG, You got Powell to come off the bench and get you a solid 10 and go off for 20 any game you got Russ making impact plays You got the Role players like Amir Coffey Theis Mann hitting 1-2 3's each.
I just don't think Harden will be THE REASON they lose, He may have needed to play better for them to win it all, but I can't see him pulling an epic harden flame out and being why they loose.

Tue West is shaky and the Clipper are healthy. Denver usn't as good as last year, the Lakers are worse, the warriors are worse. If Phoenix gets healthy we might see them in the conference finals against the clippers. Curious to see if Zion can stay healthy ajd if the Pels can make a playoff push.

I think he's abstaining specifically because it directly affects players earnings. He's voiced in the past that he does not approve of seasonal awards voted by the media as a determining factor in what players earn.

Pascal Siakam is a terrible fit in Philadelphia, especially if you have to give up Tobias Harris (which you almost certainly will have to do). I'd take Harris over Siakam in Philly straight up. Siakam has become terribly overrated. It's sad to see how susceptible Zach has become to "hurr durr points per game" empty stats.
I would argue Erick Spoelstra and Ty Lue are the best coaches in the league. Obviously Mike Malones gotta be up there too
