Those kicks are hard to catch. They kick it so the ball moves around in the air. They might look like shit when they drop it but it’s high level. Some times they just drop it cold but gotta cut the boy some slack! Dope reactions brother
U gota watch the full game to see what walsh dose. The way he sets everything up in the previous set and leads them into a fauls sense of security. The highlights just show the results of what his doing.
Ahhh I love these reactions. You should look at Ben Barba highlights from 2012 and 2016, he doesn't play anymore but he was very very exciting to watch. Also Jarryd Hayne and Benji Marshall
Reese Walsh was brilliant...and Chevy showed real resilience taking a good beating and still getting up. The fullbacks (#1) were outstanding in both teams. Go Broncos
My Team. The team that proved last year that we are the ones to beat Panthers. We just needed some GF experience and to get over the loss. Walshy being taken out on purpose by Panthers to get a win cost us but he is back and we are back now. Brisbane Broncos FOREVER! FOREVER Brisbane Broncos! 🐴🐴🐴🐴
Add Selwyn Cobbo to your list brah, and Ezra Mamm, also it was raining during this game, happens a lot of rainy games, they drop the ball, I live about 20 minutes from the stadium and it was raining where I am, I work up the road from it the roads near it were wet lol
Up the mighty Broncos! Mad respect to the new kid on the Raiders Chevy Stewart. 18 years old, still in school. Got absolutely belted in his 2nd career game but kept getting back up and kept playing. He's going have a long promising career ahead of him.
4:17 That's a massive spiralling bomb which is by far the hardest kick to judge when catching. Kickers try'n perfect this type of bomb but to execute one in a game is a thing of beauty. You honestly think player's in particular fullbacks & wingers could make it to the NRL without being talented catches? Don't get this mixed up with Rugby union. Two totally different ball's.
You can't judge a player's game off a few minutes of game highlights. Rugby league is a game of field position & field position comes off the back of a team's foward pack. You really can't judge a game off highlights alone,so many key plays leading up to the end highlights you see in a short package.
Tbf spiral bombs are hard to catch. They float and move in the air. Chevy played well throughout the game despite having alot of things not go his way.
I was at the game, I couldn't believe it was 28-0 by halftime! Also, it was raining as well, and got heavier as the night went on so we were all treated to an absolute Broncos special!
That Chevy Stuart kid is in his second game and he is 18….. still in year 12! And kid got bashed
he has a bright future i think.
@@weepjng yeah, this match will help him learn
Welcome to the league moment
Do the dolphins game too man, it was a slaughter haha.

CHEVY STEWART: IM GONNA CATCH, (BALL DROPPED) OH NO I DONT GOT THIS🤣🤣😅😆
kobe hetherington laid that dude out. he's not even that big for a forward. also Walsh kicked all the conversions in this game and didn't miss one.

Poor old fullback. Still in high school. First or second ever game and the Broncos went after him hard. Maybe it's good to get in at the deep end.
Watch the ball travelling in the air after the kick not the attempted catch.
