This is the reality for today's Patriots. The offense is so incompetent that they will try a hokey pokey lateral play when the game is TIED. That's what you do when time expires and you're already LOSING. The worst thing that can happen at that point is a situation like we saw Sunday where the defense scores on a fumble or interception, but it doesn't matter because you were already going to lose if the play didn't work. Such poor execution, poor situational football, stupid mistake after stupid mistake, penalties, dropped passes, guys running the wrong route, blockers not knowing their assignment, poorly thrown passes are all the hallmarks of today's Patriots. If it weren't for their stalwart defense this team would be 4-10 instead of 7-7 right now.

Pat's yell when Mac Jones gets stiff armed into oblivion is so goddamn funny...
Even as a Pats fan, I laughed out loud when this play happened. As soon as I saw chandler jones catch it and Mac was the only one between him and the end zone, I knew he was going to truck him and take it the whole way. Comical way to end a laughable season where a failed D coordinator became the offensive coordinator to fail the second year, once promising, quarterback.
I’m so happy everyone seems to forget about the Seahawks-Pats SB ending
Even funnier is that they were in field goal range until running back decides to make that boneheaded toss.😂🤣😂🤣
Dude as a Patriots fan who watched my team own the league for the last 20 years and win 6 chips….if this is what I have to deal with for the next few years…fine. It’s an even trade. Let’s go Pats!
Lol half those chips got asterisks next to them and everyone knows it. No doubt patriots still dominated but you guys worse than the astros
@@matthewheastan5178 only salty idiots believe that lmao
Love it Pat McAfee Bro
I love seeing Mac Jones get stiff armed!
Great coaching by the coach with the losing record without Brady.
The coaching on the play was to go down and run the clock out. That was all on the players involved.
Bill Belichick to Jeff Saturday “hold my beer”.
imagine trying to clown derek carr when you have matt ryan at QB 🤣
I was holding a piss in for the last 5 minutes of that game. Before this play started I was like alright over time here we come I’m going to take a quick piss. The second I start pissing everyone in my living room is going nuts and yelling… I wish I was still pissing to this second
So happy I was savagely hung over and missed this game.
Could be worse...At least we didn't blow a 33-point lead, like the Colts.
Although, the season isn't over yet, and the Patriots are going against good teams for the rest of the season, so maybe we'll take that record before it's all done.
As a 5 decade Bolthead, I'm a little mixed emotions watching the New Englands screw the pooch in the most epic way at the hands of Oakland---I mean Los Angeles --dang it...Los Vejayjays. Sadly, my Bolts will find a way to blow this temporary gift.
The history between those two teams going back DECADES is so weird.
This would rightfully be called the Hail Moron and it's far worse than the butt fumble.
