It was heart breaking to see camilla on coronation... Very underserving. For me, Diana is always the queen.
I agree completely.
Camella didn't put her country first.
Absolutely true she is not fit for that position.. I don't see the heart of Camilla. No one can ever replace Princess Diana to be the Queen
I completely agree. If her life was not so short, she would have made such a big difference in the world.
It was so wretched to watch this coronation. I thought that when William is king the blemish of Camilla will be over 🤦🏻♀️
Please don't ever take this down. This generation deserves to see this and learn
William and Charles in particular, may release statements to try and smother it as they did the BBC interview. Thank goodness Natgeo is not British. They have the safety of distance in a country with a historical distaste for monarchy.
And the older generation needs to be reminded
SO TRUE.

Imagine a girl of 19-20 being expected to take all that on - marriage, fame, member of the royal family and motherhood all the space of a year - these days? When you look back on it, Diana actually did incredibly, amazingly well.
I think it's very hard at that age, but Diana is extraordinary, she can handle it calmly and humbly even though we know she always feels uncomfortable with all of that which can be seen in her shy and closed nature
That was the norm in those days . Women typically married at 18-19. So, it was pretty darn normal. No one, and I mean no one back then, thought she might be too young.
I don't think she took it well. She even couldn't stop vomiting while pregnancy. I don't blame or hate on her but remeber they are millions of young mothers struggling alone outside without the money and stuff Diana had. I know money doesn't make happy but at least her kids didn't have to starve. They are also million of Dianas treated bad by the husband and mistress who will be not rembered for that
She used Charles to make
her dream come true :
" becoming famous " . . .
No she did not do well. Spend a great deal of the time in moody needy attention seeking and many trips to the toilet.etc.thats not doing reasonably well
So glad she has her voice here. And she used it to its full potential. Nobody can erase her voice out of existence. Nobody can forget she existed. She has a place in history. And hopefully history will be kind to her.
Ya💯💌
No one will ever forget she existed no matter what their opinion is of Lady Diana. Her life has been examined and re-examined ad infinitum and still she draws the attention that Camilla never will. It’s a messy affair all the way around. Unfortunately, you can see the fallout in Prince Harry.
@@sharonsparks900 Dr mi no
@@sharonsparks900 unfortunately, many people have read Lady Colin Campbell's book of lies! She's a Narcissist that has subscribers eating out of her hand. There's an old debate on Sally Jesse Raphael's show with Andrew Morton and her. Her unauthorized book came out months ahead of Mr. Morton's
Lady C deflects, hurls humours insults and talks over others to claim her unauthorized bio of Diana is truth.
@@sharonsparks900 I'm not sure that what is happening with Harry is "unfortunate." Harry is finding the footing that you have to find if you are to live up to your potential. He seems the most likely to carry on the legacy of caring that Diana began. Like her, he seems to have been forced to realize that this thing called royalty is done with smoke and mirrors.
Diana, Queen of Hearts, was an absolute gem. She wasn't perfect, she was precious. It feels sad today, that she won't be crowned. And yet, she's still so electric, inspiring and beloved.
I rather watch this than the coronation, I just think about Diana

She is the only true Queen and always will be in my book! ❤
The world knows who and what destroyed Lady Diana.
Camilla will always fall short. I will always think of her as the greatest suspect in Diana's death through media frenzy. Camilla runs the media and paparazzis.
Thanks goodness Dianna told her story before she died. Imagine if she’d worried about upsetting people and never told us her story and went to the grave silent or someone else controlled the narrative. From her own words, we got to know her life, her feelings and the challenges she faced.
That’s why it’s more than fair that Harry did the same! I just finished his book and after watching this, I have no doubt that he had to write that book and tell his side of the story even if he would be criticized. I hope siblings and father can understand each other and forgive. After all, there was a lot this siblings had to forgive to their father betraying their mom and causing her so much pain. After that, Harry words are nothing.
@@joanacarvalhotoderian yes I agree especially where people are in a position in life where others will control that persons story if they don’t take charge of it themselves.
@@joanacarvalhotoderian Before Charles resumed his affair with Camilla Diana caused HIM a lot of pain. There are enough credible eyewitness accounts that show she was not the innocent victim she pretended to be.Though not much is known about his feelings during the tough years of their marriage, there are reports and letters that indicate he was severely depressed. It was the best for both of them that they went separate ways around 1985/86, each with different partners. And don’t forget, Diana was never without a boyfriend from 1985 onwards. Although some of them were married, there sure must have been periods of great happiness. Her life was definitely not a sad one
Diana was sure that she would marry Prince Andrew when she grew up. Her family took to calling her Dutch because they were also sure she would marry Andrew and become a Duchess. Once Diana realized that she could actually catch Charles, the chase was on and facilitated by her family.
Diana feigned interest in Charles’ interests and hobbies (Balmoral, fishing hunting, etc.)-basically, she pretended to be who Camilla is, a hunting, shooting, fishing, reading country girl. Then as soon as they were on their honeymoon (most of which was at Balmoral), Diana declared each of his interests as borrrring. When the honeymoon moved on to Balmoral she would have have fits of screaming and crying when he wouldn’t do what she wanted when she wanted him to do it (the court was at Balmoral for the summer so there was official business going on and many witnesses). After the honeymoon she proceeded to, one by one, separate him from his friends (he would give in to avoid conflict with her), then his staff (who would quit because she would not look at or speak to those she wanted to leave.
In her mind, she loved him, but then attempted to change everything about him, and if he wanted any kind of peace, he would comply. Diana and her family, particularly the Spencers, were very ambitious and misrepresented who she was to the RF, particularly regarding her emotional health & stability. The Spencer’s actually had a bit of a reputation for unstable men (Diana’s mom cited abuse in the divorce), but the RF didn’t think the mental issues affect the Spencer women. Diana actually refused to cooperate with mental health professionals provided by the RF when they realized how unstable she was, and wouldn’t accept mental health help for years (yes, the RF tried to get her professional help) until a friend threatened to out her bulimia to the press because she was afraid it would kill her.
And that is just how she treated Charles. As a grown woman she held hostility towards her mother for leaving her abusive father (her mother took Diana & her brother with her but lost custody), pushed her 60 year old stepmother down the stairs (long after Diana married btw), threw her stepmother’s things out the window in trash bags after her father died, fired one staff for claiming expenses with the palace for some trips with Diana (completely legitimate expenses), and fired another who was the currier delivering tapes to Andrew Morten for her for accepting reimbursement from the publishing company.
The virginal “Shy Di” persona was completely a creation of a press. A bit like the common impression that the Queen Mother “sweet ol’granny.”
Diana strayed first from the marital bed, with her affair that began in 1985 with her protection officer, Barry Mannakee.
She met James Hewitt shortly afterward, and they became lovers that November.
She was a notorious liar so her "story" is no doubt full of the same.
She deserved more than what she got. She was a lovely soul. Rest in Heaven, Diana.
Diana is the heartbreaking example of how someone's life may appear to be perfect and glittery on the outside - but on the inside it was absolute turmoil. I could think of no one other than her on the coronation. May she rest in peace.
What a beautiful Queen Diana would have made...if only Charles had been faithful to his marriage vows, Diana would still be with us. So sad.
Yes, me, too. I thought of her the whole time.
her life was never normal or perfect...Diana had too much baggage....then Charles also have had his own set of problems....with his own royal life,....his father was a distant tough guy ....who wanted to emulate him...Charles was sensitive,
The Inquest pointed out that Diana was taken to hospital a long while after a particular doctor just happened to be in the vicinity of the fatal crash, just so happens when an ambulance was called they didn't take Diana to the nearest hospital either they took her to the hospital furthest away. Lots of interesting things in the documentary about the Inquest.@@firenze5555
He tortured her for years and finally killed her and walked in her funeral and deviantly enacted this play in front of people, that she’s the problematic one, the one with mental illness and the cause of the divorce, the one who cheated, and her death is a paparazzi accident. He tarnished her reputation during and after her death forever thereafter. An absolute demented demon. And people still are gullible enough not only to not haunt him down and hang him but to worship him!

Charles's true intent upon the second he made his vows to our beloved, late Princess Diana, is absolutely unforgivable.
When I witnessed Camilla on the throne, wearing the crown, that's when I realized sometimes the good ones don't win in that sense you know what I mean? Diana won the people, won the hearts of millions around the world, mothers, various religious people, she even won her place in heaven. Beyond life she won in ways it would've been beautiful if she had seen.
But that throne, those people, how ironic isn't it? She was loved by others outside those gates but inside.... only a few.
That's when I realize sometimes life is that way, no matter how good and kind your heart is, sometimes you're not enough, sometimes too much light scares those afraid to see it, living in darkness. A true fairytale but in a way no writer could dare to end. Our princess will forever be Diana.
The madness of Royalty.
We don’t know that car crash was really a accident or ……but we do know she was the victim of the cheating husband and his mistress…… May your Soul Rest In Peace , Princess Diana
I don't think it was an accident 🤷🏽♀️
Charles was not into Diana.
So sad how she was mistreated by both of them, The King & Camilla.
No one can know for 100% certain as Queen Elizabeth II blocked any investigation. Princess Diana was in the way. They couldn't dispose of her with a public hanging or beheading as their ancestors had done.
Death by car crash it was as in it was NOT an accident.
it was an accident
one of the causes of death was the failure to transport her immediately to a trauma center. They kept her in that tunnel for something like 45 minutes, bleeding out.
In the USA, paramedics have a protocol called "scoop and run." Trauma patients are not treated in the field, they are "scooped" up and transported; endotracheal tubes chest tubes, and IVs are started in the ambulances as they proceed to hospital. There is no delay in transport. In some cases a helicopter goes directly to the scene or meets them at a facility to take the injured to a trauma center.
I remember hearing this at the time & was horrified by the behavior of the first responders. There is no excuse for what they did. I suppose it is cost effective to let people die but I was disgusted. As a Critical Care RN I personally cared for a young woman who survived being stabbed in her aorta and I realized if she had been attacked in France, their socialized medicine system would have just let her die.
@@kimberlysmith579 I was willing to believe some of the conspiracy theories when I was younger but now not so much. One that stuck in my mind. Some have trouble believing the car's driver Henri Paul had a blood alcohol over 3 times the legal amount as he appeared sober before the crash and had a couple glasses of wine at most. A TV doc host in a lab drank enough to match the blood alcohol and tried to drive a simulator. He failed the simulator and at walking.
I thought OK there's something to that theory and then I became a cop. Having dealt with my share of DWIs I'm still amazed how I get someone who may just barely failed the field sobriety end up at least double the legal limit. Given how many times the blood samples were tested I'm sure Henri Paul was drunk that night. Add the fact he was the deputy head of hotel security and not a driver I can only imagine the alcohol and the added stress of being chased by the paparazzi led to the crash. You only need a second of inattention to crash a car.
I will never forget the day Harry was born and Diana holding the baby so full of joy and to see Diana oozing joy. But when Charles said I got the heir and a spare. How disgusting I almost cringed when I heard spare.

But at least when I finish my as I see it, my 12 or 15 years as Princess of Wales I don't see it as any longer, funny enough. I know, when I turn my light off at night, I did my best. Sad 😭 !!! She should be !! Terrible the way things turned out 😭😭😭 !!!!
I knew years ago that Princess Diana died in a car crash and have heard it was on purpose. Now I'm watching her story here, and I cried my eyes out. She inspires me so much. SHe is so giving, caring, loving and strong. I = wish she could have lived way more and shine her light more in this world because we need it. We need to shine our own light to make this world brighter even if it seems insignificant or unchanging. It does a change for our suroundings at least, and that's not nothing.
A princess that will never be forgotten
The day the world stopped. I still tear up when I see stories about Diana.
Sorry, but the world didn't "stop" when a single divorcee and her boyfriend died running from the press.
❤😭
@@dundonrl Yes, it did stop for her. It would never stop for a nobody like you💁🏻♀️
@@dundonrl people all over the world cried when they heard the news. I was in shock and felt so terrible once I heard that Charles never loved Diana the way he should've.
@@dundonrl Whatever, Camilla.
This broke my heart. She deserved better. Rip beautiful Diana. ❤
She was such a beautiful human being. Even though she’s gone she is queen. I believe just like many others that her death was no accident
Absolutely !!!!
Whilst the illness of Bulimia can create a lot of cognitive distortions /dissonance within the sufferer .. bulimia is a symptom of a larger issue. Diana did not imagine that Charles’ heart had always been taken by Camilla since before Charles proposed to her… his marriage to Diana was to produce an heir… it took Diana several years to figure that out.. so sad.
It always makes me cringe whenever I hear reporters or news anchors say "Charles, the most eligible bachelor, handsome, rich" cuz he's not good looking at all =/
yet, we are told that Diana was deeply in love with him and had photoes and posters of him stuck in her bedroom's walls...she stated that she needed to be cleaned and be ready for the top job....
At all.
Exactly, he looks like a cartoon character
Absolutely !!!!!
I can never get tired of Princess Diana. She will always have a soft spot in my heart. She will always be remembered, Royal or not. The only good thing that came out of British Royal Family was and is Princess Diana. She has no comparison, her voice, her elegance, her flaws, her fashion, her strengths, her sadness, her happiness, The world fell in love with her, and we will never forget this. Thank you Princess for doing whatever you could in. the little time you spent with us.
And we can thank her for her son Prince William. He will make an excellent king.
Why is it that not more of you speak out on behalf of her son Harry? He is beautiful, Spencer genes.
@@ZsuzsannaBudapesthe is, but the way he’s been acting for the past couple of years changed that
I do think Diana is the best thing that has happened to the Royal Family. William will be an excellent monarch. His Dad…not so much. He and Camilla deserve each other… like a bad pair of pennies!!
@witherbloom
Perfectly said! She will always be loved and remembered always be the Queen if People's Heart ❤❤❤❤❤❤
20:20 her body is literally rejecting him!!!!! LESSON LEARNED TO ALL LADIES, ALWAYS LISTEN OUR BODIES!!!
Diana was amazing and she was deprived of love and affection from her father. That really hurts and then it got repeated by Charles. I am so glad they got together tho because she brought such light to the world and womanly softness that will never go away. She was a nurturing woman with a tender and kind heart. She suffered as a child and it made her compassionate not bitter. She had a great understanding of the insides of us all that's why we loved her so much and always will. She was a beautiful example of someone being both beautiful on the outside and on the inside. She definitely is the Queen of Our Hearts. We will always love you, Diana!

what happened after the

For those of you that remember her, just a reminder of how fast life goes and how tender life really is, God Bless Princess Diana , she was surely a PRINCESS!!!
He wont...he knows what she is like...she was evil...crafty...a troublemaker.
This woman had everything in world which one can afford with money...but she was unhappy..because she wants something which money can't afford it.. Love, Peace, respect, bonding in relationship.
Exactly. Life us funny and full of melancholy.
Princess Diana was at that time the first person in royal family to shake hands with AIDS patient without gloves. She was the first celebrity to give AIDS patient hug. I’m not British and I don’t really care about royal family but she deserved much more. I’m glad to see that people, even younger generation still remembers her. Rest in peace princess Diana.
Countess Snowden ( Princess Margaret) was the 1st Royal to get involved with HIV treatment. A long time friend had a son who HIV - Margaret contacted people in her medical charities to see where would be a good 'HIV specific' clinic. There wasn't one in the UK - over the next 27 months there were fund raisings, charity fun runs etc - Lighthouse was opened by Princes Margaret in November 1987 - 12 months before Diana got involved
What a terrific legacy she leaves may we all be more compassionate to one another
Princess Diana was beyond her years. Forever will be ICONIC and remembered for her love, beauty, compassion, humanitarian efforts and many more. Queen of People’s Hearts 🩷
The most heartbreaking moment as a woman is thinking that our husband loves us with all his heart but the fact says totally the opposite.
Absolutely correct
Diana's story is certainly very sad. She was such a bright light in the way she cared about people and how she made a positive difference in the world by touching the hearts of millions. In a certain way, Charles is also a victim. He was in love with Camila but the monarchy didn't approve of the union so he had to find an "appropriate" wife. It's unrealistic to expect Charles to stifle his feelings toward Camila and bow to family pressure then feel the devotion and love toward Diana that she expected. At age 19, there's no way I would have understood the dynamics between Charles and Camila. If the monarchy didn't exert control over Charles' choice of a marriage partner, Diana would not have been put in a position of having to deal with a husband who loved someone else.
I can relate to that experience. 😢
@@vonnieluxon2437 me too.
Diana never truely loved anyone except her two boys she was so damage din childhood and inherited the Spencer's mental instability she just constantly looked for father figures and would ring them 10 times aday for affirmations and when they grew frustrated at this she moved one sometimes juggling 3 lovers at once.
I have always loved Diana she was head and shoulders above camilla
This documentary is an extraordinary look at Princess Diana, in her own words. She was truly the peoples' princess. She evolved from a shy young woman overcome by all the pressures of being a royal into a confident woman and humanitarian forging her own destiny. Sadly, that was taken from her. To me, she will ALWAYS be the queen of my heart. I will never forget her. ❤❤🌹🌹
i wasn't even born in her era, but i could feel the energy she spread to others. she's really precious! rest in peace beautiful soul 😔🫶🏼
❤ should bring them together no matter what the children need to know their family 😢
My heart breaks for her 😢
Its so unfair that camilla is getting everything Diana ever deserved

Diana “journeyed” from being a shy, quiet, naive girl blossoming into an outgoing, public speaking, world trotting, humanitarian who refused to let anything stand in her way. It wasn’t her positive experiences or good examples from her royal family that caused her to become the powerful person she was, unfortunately, it was all the abuse she suffered at the hands of her royal family, the media & the challenges from normal life that transformed her. She became a powerful & influential person she never thought she could be, she was a lot stronger than she thought.
I think Diana was a lot more powerful & influential than the Monarchy was, Diana didn’t need a crown or titles to go forward in life, she WAS THE CROWN, the fact that she was more influential than the Queen or Charles proved it. People loved the Queen because of her crown, people loved Diana because of WHO SHE WAS, Diana’s character was more influential & powerful than the Crown or the Monarchy. When the Queen travelled the world, she brought with her the “colonial” idea of the commonwealth, “this land is British territory”; when Diana travelled the world, she didn’t bring colonialism, she didn’t carry the Union British flag, Diana’s “flag” were her out-stretched hands & her smile. When she touched people with AIDS or people who were out-cast survivors of land mines, she didn’t represent Great Britain, she represented LOVE.
I think in her last few years, Diana had come to realize how much more powerful she was than the Monarchy, that’s why the Royal family hated her, they hated her because she represented CHANGE, the Queen was against any kind of CHANGE. The fact that Charles was jealous of her from the beginning, the Queen tried to control her & subdue her, Prince Philip threatened her, the powers that be of the Monarchy wanted to keep her quiet, ALL PROVED SHE WAS SO MUCH MORE STRONGER. Charles envied her, the Queen, the entire family, they ALL ENVIED HER, jealous of the “spell” she had on the world. I think the Monarchy would have been so much more different had Diana become Queen, I think the Royals feared that. If Charles was truly against the old fashioned ways of his mother, Diana was the potential to be the new & modern influence he wanted to be, but he didn’t have that power, he became jealous, they were all jealous of her. In hind sight, it’s sad to think how different, how much better Great Britain & the world would have been had Diana become Queen.
@krypton7676 well said. I agree with everything you have mentioned here. She is definitely QUEEN of our hearts ❤.
she was and is the only princess that i know that touched millions of hearts. she is truly missed even after all these years.
5:52 she's so nice to the reporters even though they are bothering her 😢
More than bothered her !!! They drove her to her death 👿🤢🪱 !!!!
2023 and i'm still crying watching her funeral, it feels like i'm in 6th grade again 😢
I remember the exact moment when I heard the news. My middle daughter shares a birthday with Princess Diana. I weep more today watching this. May we never forget!
Tears 😢 I loved her from a far. I grew up with her in the 80's. It was devastating to know she was in a car crash (even in America). I remember being glued to the TV just hoping and praying she would make it. She had a profound impact on the world amoung only a handful. She will always be admired for her kindness and unconditional love for humanity. She was one of the worlds very best. The memory of Diana will always be cherished. May She rest in peace- still🙏🏼
Hello Gina,
it's a great pleasure meeting you here, may God bless you and your family... How are you doing over there? And how are your business and family?
Can't help imagining how beautiful Queen Diana would've been in the coronation.
Her light still shines on.
Never forgotten.
❤🌹
She is alive in the sky ❤ She is not death, her soul is with us.
It was so horrific to hear what she had to suffer all by herself the first 8 years of her marriage without any emotional support from Charles and his family. I have also suffered from nerves and depression most of my life and I can’t imagine what it would be like having to put on a brave face everyday. She said the day their divorce was final she and Charles sat and cried together. She said they got along better after that. I hope William gives her HRH title back when he gets on the throne. I have conflicting feelings about Charles’ and Camilla’s coronation.
I have always thought and believed that William WILL restore Diana's HRH title. He promised her, and I am certain he will keep that promise.
@@Missditabomb He may move where she's buried too.
@@bunnymomjulie6719 Why do you think that?
