Great shows every Friday night. Entertaining, informative and I can actually watch with my 13 year old son and don't have to worry about content he shouldn't be seeing. Good wholesome videos. Thanks Dennis and family.
@Clapmando another channel you can watch with the kids with no worries is cleetus mcfarland great content it's car content but a little different its building, drag racing, drifting, SXS, jet boat fun etc. and he's a great guy that is a good role model for a 13 year old to watch hope if you didn't know about cleetus and company you check him out go watch the Leroy project from the beginning pretty sure there's a playlist
I love how you include a local eatery in your rescues . Great to learn about the local mom and pop joints and it's awesome that you promote them on your channel. Dennis you are a Legend.
Several years ago, I/we did a full restoration on a 1967 Porsche 911 Targa with 63k miles. It was white (black top) with a red interior, and we kept it that way. The wheels were all chrome and still in near perfect condition. The car was bought from an estate auction for $2550 that had no reserve. Only one other person bid on the car. Carbs were junk and we installed new Dellorto carbs on the engine after rebuilding it. Worth about $200k today.
Enjoy your show & all the time searching for classic automobiles , would like to see some updates on previous purchases , how far they've come , where they are going etc etc ....love the show look forward to seeing the next afventure
Hello from an Italian in Germany, i like to see your videos in youtube, i really appreciate you, Dennis that are a really great gentlemen, the way your treat the peoples you have business with, show how many passion you put in your work, and i really appreciate also the food tour, after have found other treasure....
I can relate to the seller that worked at BMW while driving a Porsche. I worked 5 years at a Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep dealership as a top producing salesman. The owner loved me because I made him a lot of money. I had 3 cars. A Nissan 300ZX, a Lotus Turbo Esprit and a Porsche 911. He still made me park my cars on the back lot. Except when we hosted a Cars and Coffee type event, he wanted my cars out front to draw attention. One hell of a business man. Turned out to be a great friend. I would still be there but I had a job offer working for P&G that I could not refuse.
Nice Porsche. And a little trick I learned working in a junkyard dentist for you and your guys to know with these modern cell phones if you have trouble reading a tag take a picture of it and then you can make it larger on your phone and read it clear.
"Laissez Le bon temps rouler"! When in 'The Big Easy' (New Orleans), let the good times roll! Glad you found your New Orleans Porche Dennis and that you got to enjoy some fun time food. Thanks for episodes of video that I can watch without profanity, nudity, or just plain vulgar content. I'm a car guy, a truck guy, and a foodie guy myself and I throughly love your adventures. It's Monday the 17th of January 2022 and I have a sudden urge to go to New Orleans to eat tonight.
Very touching that the lady of the house gave you a cake for their local celebration. Nice people on both sides of that transaction. Makes you feel good seeing it !
When a wife like this one is out waiting you know she’s the boss and he’s the woman. Dennis she dressed him. Dennis is patient and a humble man To the bloke married to that piece of work. Good luck 🤞 never settle life is too short.
I have come to the realization that Coffee Walk is the best produced filmed entertainment in the business. Yep the cars help that status and everyone loves a classic, but damn, the people and food content is awesome!
I live in NOLA. Sometimes I have to take a vacation to get away from all the food; living 10 minutes from the French Quarter doesn't help. I am currently on my 2nd king cake from Manny Randazzo's.
As usual handled the purchase of a beloved 911 with class and respect for the family and appreciation of the 911. I have Cajun family members and have had turtle soup my late Grandma who passed away 2015 at the age of 103, used to make it for her grandchildren. I make the icebox pie myself. It is always a family favorite at get togethers.
Dennis has he enthusiasm of a chid in a sweet shop when he finds that special car that ticks his boxes, he has a great love for these cars and his knowledge and nuances that make this regular must see info-tainment
This one brought back some serious heart felt memories of my late father in law Don Jackson, of Don Jackson Porsche out in Phoenix..... Sure do miss that old man. Appreciate it Dennis.
Well Dennis, that’s what’s it all about: Interesting stories about interesting cars, meeting nice people and heck: Tons of food! Love your story telling🤙 Keep on rolling 👍
The one that got away for me... i owned a 1970 911T coupe from 86 to 1993ish had a later 2.2 engine in it and also came with the original 2 0... sold it all for what i bought it for way before the prices went crazy, no regrets because it led to other cars but it was one of the funnest cars to drive that ive owned... thanks for sharing ! WOULD LIKE TO SEE A ROAD TEST VIDEO OF THIS TARGA WHEN DONE WITH SOME EDITED PREP AND MECHANICAL WORK THAT THE SHOP DID FOR ROAD READY. THEN THE FOLKS WHO SOLD IT WOULD HAVE A NICE MEMORY OF THE CAR. NICE TO SEE YOU GUYS WALKING AGAIN.
100% love the food in New Orleans, definitely the best part of any trip there. Another fun video Dennis - sometimes it's the things that aren't said! On to Georgia!
Thanks again for another great video and ride along. Honestly hated seeing the color and engine change. Keep up the great work brother and Stay strong.
Smart guy, Porsches have one of the best appreciation rates right now. All Porsches are good money in today's market. Bet you anything Dennis is putting together that collection of Porsches specifically for his retirement.
Anybody else notice the buckle in the trailer at the window when Dennis was wrapping up the deal at the house. Part 2, stranded on the side of the road with a broken trailer.
Great series. Gotta give it to Zach. I heard Dennis say it's the 14th. That's yesterday. Crazy that it's edited and uploaded late last night. Well done!👍
New Orleans! My favorite place in the US. Also, being from Canada, it was really cool seeing the CN { Canadian National Railway} locomotive down south!!
My dad had an ‘80 911 Targa and had to sell it because you can’t fit 4 kids in the back! My brothers and I wanted to buy the exact car back for his 60th birthday, we found the guy he sold it to in 1993 a few months ago. However he just sold it and didn’t want to give us the new owner’s contact info unfortunately. Great vid as usual Dennis!
The seller is extremely knowledgeable about their car, something that normally does not happen. This will be a home run once finished as they preserved this vehicle as best they could. Nice find!
Can't believe how fast you got this Video up. Great Job. Love those 911s. I've got my eyes Locked in on a 1986 911 Targa. High miles but I don't care. I want it. It will be in my garage within next couple years.
this targa was more looked after compared to the coupé and this in the video is 100% original, i sold maybe 20 of this but this was the cheapest 911 ,early 70´s or close but because it was targa more money was involved, this model looks perfect, i had one ,black and only the sound system was improved but it had long seats
Had a friend had Orange color 1965 912, and 1969 911 Targa, we got the 912 squared away good daily driver, and were about to start on the 69 that had been stored since early 80's, sitting at least 20 years when I rolled the engine over by hand to make sure the engine had not seized from sitting so long, otherwise someone had painted that car black also, but never got around to working on that car because he sold the car about 4 years ago, if it was me I would have held onto it forever.
Dennis is eastbound & down, we welcome you to Georgia, home of the 2021 World Series Champion Atlanta Braves & the 2021 National Champions Georgia Bulldawgs - get you some of that!
Great video. That car is so 😎 cool. It's going to be fun, watching what finds you will have this year. We love how your show is family friendly. Thank you.
Sometimes you just have to do a spring cleaning and get rid of some of the clutter I recently had to get rid of Porsche, a jaguar and Mercedes to just make more space in my parking ramp behind my cottage

Great show as always. I lived in NOLA in the early 80’s. One thing I’d like to see in your video descriptions is the name of the restaurant’s you eat at. Thanks for another great video.
That old broad was Roy Munsons landlady on the movie Kingpin.
