Even though he will be WR4, fans have unfairly wrote him off. He hasn't really played with a QB capable of really maximizing his game. I think he's gonna surprise some people after that first WR getd’s dinged and he gets in there with Anthony who can get him the ball anywhere.

Why are the reporters asking him more about another WR than himself? Good Lord. You'd think the reporters were rookies we drafted.
They wanted to see if he was rattled at all. The last time a receiver was drafted was last year with Josh Downs who out performed Pierce. This year it's another guy who is better than him again so they want to see if they can poke the bear and light a fire in him.
It’s his job. They just drafted a rookie in the second round with first round talent. It would be like a reporter, not asking Trump how he feels about being a convicted felon.

I like him but if he continues to not be part of the constant targets then I would be happy to let him walk but if he proves that he can not drop the ball when he’s contested then I’ll give him a second contract but nothing to crazy

One trick pony? He might be a deep threat but he is one of the best run blockers on the team. He will see the field more than AD

Just like he said needs to be used more than just a go route. Was one of the top if not the top players in distance ran. Easy for defenders to be on top of you if they already know your route. Mix up his roles and kid could be a playmaker.
He should've been working on his weak points last off season. His strength was bad last season. Having any DB knock the ball out of your hands just shows his lack of strength. He also should've work on his moment and ability to go pass other DBs easy. Adding new things to your kit is always great. If Pierce doesn't grow he will be at the bottom on any team he is on.
It doesn't matter who his QB is or has been. He is receiver. Do whatever it takes to be the best.
Definitely like the play strength emphasis. Being 4 deep at receiver would make us incredibly dangerous 🔥

@@secret_joyce he won that jacksonville game for us with matt ryan he's had some big moments, but he's had very few targets because minshew nor ryan had the arm to stretch the field
