Hi Mer! Could you ask Mac if he has have any tips on breathing better? I usually just run while in the gym, but I already have trouble taking in deep breaths when not running so I don't last as long as I could. I also do small weight stuff since I'm not too familiar with weight formation, and I've started copying what you post on ig and snapchat because I've seen how the progress works out for you! Great job coming this far :)
