Thank you friend for guiding us with such information, i was almost about to fall into the trap of it, I visited to one of the GRE centre in Hyderabad for coaching, but they ended up telling me that its hard, you won't be able to crack such hard exam, Many toppers are struggling to crack at first attempt, so they ended up taking the scam option, They were trying to be persuasive in such a way that for sure you might end up choosing their option, Also they have shown n number of proofs that this & this person have done this and have settled Abroad,.

Hello Thanks for the videos. Are Headsets allowed during GRE test test at home? I mean in a situation where you computer does not have an inbuilt microphone.
This exact same scam happened in JEE Main 2021. 419 people were caught paying up to Rs 15 Lakh for someone else to take their exam through remote computer access.
People were caught “improving” their scores from 3 percentile to 99.9 percentile in just a couple months, which is extremely absurd and practically impossible.
It’s really a shame that so many people resort to such malpractices.

This is what happening in Hyderabad. Moreover, they are not falling into trap but they are desperately trying to cheat cause they don't want to prepare and give time. So many students didn't even have the plans to study abroad, as gre became easy to write ,with copying they are having change in their career plans. And this year lot of students went to US from hyderabad than ever before. They don't have any idea regarding their masters, they even choose specialization based on consultancy's suggestion. Personally speaking, I prepared for Gre for a 1 and half month and took it in a centre, got 306, I even had option to pay to let someone else write. I got disappointed that my friends got 320+ with copying while I got low score with all of my effort. Though I am glad that I took my own exam and don't to have bother with anxiety regarding scores. Btw, ETS is trash in my opinion. Genuine students might fall behind in admissions because of these scammers
I went to a consultancy in hyd and they showed me people scoring 50-60% and keeping 20-40 backlogs scored 320-325 in gre and still that person got accepted into Stevens(which is huge)

It’s not about “how you gonna survive in US if you can’t manage writing GRE on your own”
It’s more like- a good GRE score is needed to balance other flaws like less GPA.
I mean people aren’t considering this scam because of their laziness or lack of knowledge, they’re considering it because they want guaranteed high GRE scores. I have witnessed how a person who scored 310 also considering to scam the test to get 320+
Even I’m confused whether to scam it or not, but eventually my mind started inclining towards to take the risk and achieve high scores after seeing my friends and considering the coaching fees.
Why gamble by pouring money on coaching to get 320+ when I can achieve the same score with guarantee with the same amount.

See this comment from another person here : "I know instances where ppl got an admit and began their college, but ets got to know their scam from the test recordings and suspended their score and barred them from any future attempts. Their first year tution fee also got wasted since they were suspended from clg as well."
@@MadhanBR Calm down madhan... There's always some repercussions, it's not like I'm not aware of things getting backfired. But, you know ETS isn't the same like it used to be earlier. It lost its importance. I applied for this fall 2022 term and from my experience GRE scores aren't getting enough weightage like they did in the past. Anyway, it was my decision and good luck judging me. I don't regret even a tiniest bit because I know I'm not dumb. I took it cause it was convenient.

Health care administration and health care related fields are an absolute waste of money for immigrants, those jobs are guarded for USA citizens only. (except becoming a doctor maybe)
That is why hardly any immigrant goes into healthcare even though it is STEM affiliated.
You can take IT and take some health care courses as minors if you really wanted to go into that (and give health care a shot without the added risk).
Despite this scam, consultant told me tht Universities are not considering GRE scores to offer scholarships becoz everyone is getting high scores, but at admissions part they will have an edge over others, AWA will get them caught, i dont think it will continue forever, just works until covid gets washed away, unfortunately hyderabad and chennai and other places will be in black list for sure at the expense of genuine candidates

The cheating happens with the gre at home test, they will book an oyo room and the "expert" will hide in the bathroom at the beginning and after a few minutes, he will come out and take pictures of the questions and solve them and show answers. They charged 25k per candidate

Thanks for your clip, I did the test at home, they cancelled my score after 5 months, they send me an email to inform me that I used recording software or device, but I did do wrong thing, if I used unauthorised software, the proctor would find out, how do you think?

Nope, it will be a holistic review GRE Won't be the only or the most important factor why the committee will admit you.

Hello,
I have attempted the GRE exam first time on 8th June 2021 and have a score of 285. After that, I have given my second attempt on 3rd July 2021(With proper preparation and focusing on the areas which I have lacked in my first attempt) and scored 313. Now ETS has sent me a mail stating that they have seen an extremely unusual difference in my both test scores and canceled my resent score...
I have scored 6.5 bands in IELTS and I am going to apply for universities but without a GRE score, I can't even proceed with this...
Can you please help me with how can I save my result...
I believe mailing them and explaining it properly with the resources and number of practice test you did would be your last option.

If u get 313 in gre you could easily get above 7 band in IELTS. And improvement of your GRE score from 285 to 313,the difference is 27 marks. It's kinda high in just 1 month and your IELTS is low so the might have thought you of malpractice.

if I have watched this video before 2 months i could have saved 50000rs , even i have got good GRE score but i was not satified with it because its not mine , while i was writing the gre the people will tell you its the main test if you have this in your hand you can study for free many more . even at that time i didn't have any knowledge about abroad study's but now by spending lots of time , research ihave learnt many things later i have to pay for this mistake so for it i will not use my gre score at any cause of time one more word to tell ,after the test they will tell you if you recommand any of your friend you get 6000 or more commision . this people were doing network marketing . finally dont take th test at any cause wheather you may have low gpa now problem do extra activites like projects or doing extra courses on your field , or you needed to study in usa with low tution fee in this case you can also choose other country's many more solutions if problem than there is a way . what every may be the cause dont loose yourself . thanks for the video you made absolutely clear . your videos are very intersing and also good information .

ETS doesn't tell universities whether you took the test at home or at a test center, so in short nothing will happen to people who wrote the test at home particularly, however since so many people are copying Universities don't trust high scores as easily as they did before, and have reduced the importance of the GRE while assessing profiles. For example, let's say someone with a mediocre profile (sub-par GPA, etc.) wanted to get into a good university so he worked his ass off for GRE. Due to all of these scams, universities probably won't believe he actually did well on the test without copying, hence might be rejected. You'll probably be fine if you have been consistent in your academics throughout your education, which can backup your high GRE score.

They don't allow a physical calculator. But a on screen calculator will be there in the quant section.
I think a person who have grown up to an age to write GRE test should have this ethical code by themselves to not to scam it, unless they are mischevious to the core.
