Hi bro Split AC lay not only copper tube aluminium also using based on thermal conductivity they are choosing material aluminium and copper are high thermal conductivity materials and good in flexibility we can make flexible at any direction and major concern in refrigeration is rusting or corrosion it will be eliminated

Bro as per ur definition amount of heat required in 24 hours is 2,88,000btu. So 1ton should be 288000btu. But you are telling 12000btu/hour. In equation If unit is in btu/hour then why in definition only it is required energy/24hrs instead of energy/1hour?
When ever you should calculate energy you have to take per hour only( kWh ) Because of your chiller or any equipment will not 24 hours some time Some time it will run 6 hrs some time it will run 12 hrs it will vary But if u run the chiller definitely it will run atleast 1 hr so we can easily find out the exact energy from the system
