I think your champ and runner up were amazing to watch. Not just because they won, but because all the competitors also put out a good challenge to let them shine.
Can you post so we can review the rules and not on the video. With no barometer of what’s being judged and how it’s not entertaining nor instructive to watch imho

I liked Mike's push at 4:44, it was minimal effort and 'relaxed', and it helped that he used his left arm ward-off for some extra bounce.
