  • Hare Lahsun Ka Achar (Green Garlic Pickle)
    Samagri:
    200gm hare lahsun (bareek kata hua)
    1/2 tbsp rai dana (thoda mota kuta hua)
    100 gm Green Chilli
    80 gm Ginger
    2 tbsp saunf
    1 tsp methi dana
    ½ tsp haldi powder
    2tbsp lal mirch powder (apne swaad anusaar)
    ½ cup sarson ka tel (garam karke thanda kiya hua)
    2 tbsp mango powder
    Swad anusaar namak
    Is Achar ke Fayde:
    Hare Lahsun ke Antioxidants: Green garlic mein antioxidants hote hain jo immune system ko strong banate hain aur infection se bachate hain.
