Yes that's true but only when that sound is comes from the body and not from the bowl. If we mimic the sound of the bowl it forms a resonant frequency that may be uplifting but it won't facilitate healing. For healing to occur emotion formed electro chemical molecules that gate neurons have to tune the voice box, not the other way around.
I use to do it and I use nonsense sounds to composed my own unique sound healing. It drives me to a peaceful deep space inside me and from there I arose new and refreshed like a newborn babe❤
So I tried this humming and found a vibration rising and traveling upward from my heart and through my body into my mind It feels amazing It feels healing It feels like empowering energy flowing through my body Thank you for sharing this power with us all 💗⚡💫
