Yes, simple is easy and if you know what you like eating then it makes it so easy to shop & cook. It really takes out all the guess work and decisions of having to come up with meal ideas. #goals

A little tip for hot weather. Maybe get a small cooler bag to keep in your car and just put the fridge/freezer stuff in there. That'll buy you some time in case you do need to stop at another store quickly. 😊

You should try broccolini, it's soooo good and tastes so much better than regular broccoli in my opinion. Also the La Colombe with oat milk is really good. You can let it sit in the glass a little, so the oat milk rises and creates a little foam.

I have always thought that haters are those who are jealous...for whatever reasons they just dont like anything that they read or see.. It’s actually not that bad making multiple grocery runs in the heat. I usually go to Costco, TJs and Sprouts (sometimes Whole Foods) and I just make sure all the meat and items that need to be cold are grouped together with frozen items. I also try to make sure to only get items on my list so I’m not in the stores for too long. Happy Shopping!
There’s no way I could leave my groceries in the car in over 100 degree weather 🤔 The frozen stuff melts so fast! I don’t know I just personally won’t try it 😂

Sometimes if you ask one of the employees to check in back they may have what you are looking for but just hadn’t put it out yet. I was looking for Jasmine rice and the guy went to go get it from the stockroom. In my city. Just a thought.

i love your vids and love your healthy girl summer vibes. but really hate the verbage "clean eating". theres nothing dirty about food unless theres actually dirt involved. it promotes toxic diet culture. Maybe try saying whole foods or nutrient dense foods, or even fresh or unprocessed. Clean is filler term driven by toxic diet culture :/

Because of your diet and healthy eating do you ever find yourself sick or ever have any colds? I’m just curious because I want to know if clean foods actually prevent sickness/diseases. I feel like it’s not talked about enough how important it is to eat healthy foods to feel better overall. If you don’t mind sharing 😊
Hey!! I’m not a doctor so I don’t know if it actually prevents sickness/diseases but I NEVER get sick 🙌🏼🤪 I honestly don’t even remember the last time I was or had a cold so I feel very fortunate about that!

Not a fan of Oat Milk. I also live a clean lifestyle. I found that oatmilk carries lots of pesticides and is higher in calories.
