Hello. Thank you for all the useful and interesting information that you share👏. After I have listened the audio, I'm wondering if my case is a type of synesthesia. In my case, when I think or hear any day of the week, I see in my mind a color. For example, when I think in Saturday I see in my mind this day in red. And wednesday in my mind looks orange. And Tuesday looks like yellow....it is rare for me 😁but it's funny.
Hi, it's really up to you. It depends how much time you have. However, I would suggest that you stop watching when you get tired and find that you are not benefitting anymore - you can come back to them another day :)
