Dr I have prolactin level of 177 and FSH of >200. Test was taken during the follicular phase.

Can one convince if cycles are normal but have Galactorrhea? I also have positive ovulation tests with rise in basal temp? I do take medication that affects dopamine so I know it’s caused by this medication. Will meds help stop the Galactorrhea if I do not discontinue the drug that is causing the galactorrhea?

Usually taken for six months, when the Prolactin normalises, it has to be stopped

Please do blood check up on hormonal issues,May be your prolactin is high since you got pregnant and you didn’t breastfeeded that child you removed. Reduce your stress for now, be positive things ll be fine .

You do hormonal test and the results ll tell you which hormonal is high or low, your doctor will write medicine to you.
High level of prolactin but no discharge
All of my blood tests (FSH, Vit D, Progesterone etc) are good, transvaginal was good. But prolactin is 48.9ng/1042mui/L. My doctor said not to worry but Ive done my research and im sure its too high. 10 months trying to conceive.
