I'm not sure, I just think it disables more cylinders from moving because so much pressure is being put on a cylinder that it is forced to stay up like say Helen was programmed to have her head look straight with 10 PSI going into the head well say the PSI was too high like 30 her head would stay looking up for the whole show and even the times when there not playing the shows same goes for other characters and cylinders it just has to be a cylinder that is active though the whole show like ones to keep their heads up.
