Gin did all of that for rangiku. A century worth of betrayal. That's what Gin found lacking in Ichigo. The resolve he had was subpar. The resolve he had when saving Rukia was gigantic compared to now, now that he has the conflict against his inner hollow.
Did you noticed Ichigo came from the hueco mundo right after aizen killed Tousen.. and later he came right after he killed Gin.. My boy was always late for 5seconds..
@@kolyaferents3791 it's not filler.. it's 12 years after the events in TYBW.. SPOILERS Basically when super strong beings (those captain class and above) are killed, they do not get reincarnated back to the cycle of rebirth instead they are sent to Hell. So all those captains who have died are all in hell right now. Yamamoto, Unohana, Ukitake, Gin, Tosen.. you can read the 4 chapter 1 shot manga for the hell arc online it's pretty good.
@@kolyaferents3791 There was a one shot that Kubo made near the end of last year, and it's 12 years after the events of TYBW. It's called the "New breathes from Hell" one shot. You can read it if you want, It's a pretty awesome one shot.
It's just such a shame that all the mainstream shonen authors never have the balls to make these cool moments worth it. The hero needs to always save the day. Imagine how cool Bleach was if Gin actually beat Aizen here. Imagine how cool Naruto was if Guy actually beat Madara with eight gates.
@@greyngo like what? it's literally a dead end in a writing situation. We see all this buildup for Aizen and he's just killed by a character with not that much of a significance in the story.
100% agree the predictability of the MC getting a last second power up to win has just become dull. Don't get me wrong the Final Getsuga Tensho is cool and all but how we got there was not as good as the setup and pay of with Gin.
gin wouldve been a massive fucking help to the gotei in tybw, dude single handedly solos every sternritter apart from like 5 which are gerard, lille, haschwalth, askin and maybe gremmy
Yes for sure. Gin was already one of the strongest captains and he still had so much more potential. Aizen chose him because he was special. He is more of a genius than toshiro. Gin would have gotten stronger if he had to fight the sternritter too. He would have been able to beat most for sure. If aizen didn't have that hogyoku then Gin would have successfully killed him. Then again yamamoto could have killed aizen too if he didn't save the city after beating wonderweiss
The one qualm I have with the anime is that they never expanded into why gin went after aizen, they should have given us a rangiku/gin 1-2 episode flash back. Otherwise yeah this was goated.
Gin already late to know the weakness of Kyōka Suigetsu, i think. If he know before that, maybe it will be more easy, I mean Aizen hasn't united with the Hogyoku yet..🤷♂️
She is right. Without context it doesn't make sense why he betrayed Aizen at that point, since he has become much more powerful than normal. With context we know that Gin couldn't exploit Aizen's weakness since he never dropped his guard, at least not untill he fused with the Hogyoku.
I'm just realizing that Gin's blade turning into dust fits really well with Rangiku's turning into ash.
i have 2 dogs named ash and dusty.

I can proudly say I've always liked Gin, and I didn't even know he would do this and the reason behind his actions
For some reason all the "evil" characters I like turn out to be good in the end

Gin is an obsessed bro. Dude's all about one thing and one thing alone.

Aizen killed tousen? I thought komamura or something (the captain with dog head) killed tousen? I cant really remember since ive read it long ago
@@neloangelo7297 While Tousen did battle Komamura, Hisagi was the one that dealt Tousen a fatal blow, while Aizen flat out killed him.
I thought I was the only one who noticed this lol. that's really sad, Ichigo could've saved them both if he was there only some seconds sooner! 🥲
Seeing how Gin betrays Aizen and then tells me that he knew everything left me speechless but it hurt me when Gin died 😥😭😭
Gin would’ve been a huge help in TYBW :/
can’t wait to see him in the upcoming hell arc
is it filler one? I dont't understand , Gin is actually dead , how it possible? You can put here spoilers

Would not be cool at all because we would not have seen Final Getsuga Tensho

Sería un final muy mediocre para un gran villano como Aizen.😢

He could solo until mid SternRitter but not all of them
SternRitter is too Hax for him
I started crying seeing gin die because I thought he may betray Aizen and it was very emotional seeing Gin being a good person.

He just knows it after observing how aizen's reaction when genryusai touches his sword and wanna blow themselves up together
Gin
