Spolier, they fight till one goes to low hp and after this the screen blackouts.
I checked it by applying L2+R2 cheat that makes enemy to automatically lose enter "FINISH HIM" state.

I don’t think it’s called attract mode, isn’t it automatic mode or random fights?

It’s Attract Mode. Most games have it when no one is playing
