I was seeing, yellow trees in YUKON Canada, then wondered if those trees would be pine or other species of trees, mixed among the pines, I deduced that they were other trees or pine same, only in this video I discovered the question !. ..

Western Larch turn yellow and drop the needles in the winter, most pines do not.
