Brilliant interview by Bianna of one of the 4 Super Swedes from the greatest Pop band ever. ABBA's music is absolutely timeless and incomparably untouchable.

Bianna was nice and so was Bjorn. He seems quite relaxed now and so confident after the "risky" Voyage "experiment" got so much positive response and after such hard work for almost 5 years also carrying all the agony of a possible failure.I'm so proud and happy that its well deserved success was such a big reward for all 4 Abba.He once said it, he wanted people to come see this and cry , when the show was still in the making. And this aim was also achieved!..Bianna is also such a beautiful lady and seems to be a kind person. And of course she is...She is an Abba fan.Thank you Bianna.

I was lucky to go see it last Sunday and it was awesome, they did a few lesser known songs as well which was nice but they missed a trick with not including The Piper on the set list. Perhaps in the near future they will

I always especially liked their songs that have some traditional Swedish / Scottish / Scandinavian elements.."When You Danced With Me" is my favorite "Voyage" song. They apparently discussed it but couldn’t figure out how it would work for them. Although the fact that Robert Plant actually talked about it rather than saying “absolutely not” is huge.
The problem there is the original Zeppelin four can't reunite. It'd have to include Bonzo's son or a total substitute and I think Plant has had enough of that.

Björn is a rather common name i n sweden as a first name and it is named after the animal not the Drink he he - the ABBA has rather Common swedish names
Maybe because it's close to the way it should be pronounced? The 'a' in the band name should be pronounced with a long vowel - not like most English speakers pronounce it. Same goes with 'Björn' - it's Not pronounced 'Bjorn'.
@@Vinterfrid Um, no. In Swedish ABBA is pronounced somewhere between short-a and ah. The "long vowel" of "a" would be "ay." "AY-ba." Please consider silencing yourself, thanks.
Isn't it more important that they pronounce Agnetha correctly and stop using "Anna" incorrectly to refer to Agnetha or Anni-Frid / Frida? I've never heard any Abba member declare that the pronunciation of Abba is so important, and some other fans have declared the pronunciation you complained about is correct.
@@mariamalhotra8228 Since you didn't wrote "I think," I am assuming that is not a mere guess of yours, but an actual quote from Abba members or one Abba member on behalf of the others. From what source? I think they don't wish to alienate fans from wherever.
@@ericchild3363 My reply does not show that. I definitely initially noticed the added a's in "aalienate" and "Aamerican." As part of a statement. There are lots of other ways one can add a couple of extra a's as a joke attempt without also making a proclamation on behalf of Abba members that I think one should have a real quote source for to feel authorized to make that proclamation. Are you saying Maria made a statement she didn't believe just for an opportunity to add a couple of extra a's for a joke attempt? I grew up pronouncing the start of "Abba" like in American pronunciation one "can." Then I was told it's "Aa-ba" or "Ah-bah" so I changed to that way, which I read even recently someone else declaring to be the right way. Then someone else said they suspect Abba feel it is OK for some people to pronounce "Abba" differently depending on what country they are from.
Sorry, but disagree! Nothing ever will substitute a real live performance! I will not waste my money on computer generated anything…. The cd is great, will stick to that and old dvd’s….
To disagree on something you haven't actually seen is very odd, I've seen them as Abbatars seen them live and have watched many old dvd's but you can't compare unless you have seen it with your own eyes.. It is actually a mind blowing experience that is not explainable unless you have actually witnessed it. Seeing clips of it on the tv doesn't give you anything like seeing it live and close up, 63 million pixels, 500 moving lights, 291 separate speakers the largest kinetic system in the world using an 850 winch system to drive it. They are not trying g to substitute a live performance,(although it does seem live) they are giving you an alternative to a live performance, welcome to the future:)
@@ianleigh5157 Technology does NOT fascinate me when it comes to performances! I don’t even care for science fiction movies. I like to see the singers actually performing live. To make the effort to put in a performance, usually the mistakes what makes the night! So I do not care about abbatars and I would never spend my money to go and watch that. So many talented singers out there, rather watch them giving their all! Their last cd was great, would have preferred without autotune, but it doesn’t overtake it so it’s a pleasure to listen to it. This show for me , a definite no. I’m not loosing anything, enough people will spend their money on it without me, as I said technology like this does not fascinate me… the real magic is we can all choose what we want to see and I chose not to and have the right to form and express my opinion. That’s all…
@@DavidVarkonyi Thats fine, no one is forced to go and see anything, but to disagree on something you quite clearly have no interest in, makes me wonder why you are even looking at this video which is all about this new technological stage show..
@@ianleigh5157 As I expressed in my original point I disagree, I find NOTHING “mind blowing” in computer generated things. Technology is great in some respects, but not in this. No amount of technology is more fascinating then an artist - singer, actor, dancer ect giving a good performance which moves you, touches you… Live concerts and live theatre is much more worth it then computer generated anything. The video came up as a recommendation as I do like Abba and I like their last cd. I would just never waste my time and money on this …So you can argue all you want, my original statement stays.

ABBA music has been around over 40 years, they have released over 100 compilations and sold records in a 100 or more territories and you know that kind of thing (even in small amounts) does add up over time. ABBA is a uniquely universal group, selling or having their music stolen in every conceivable market. ABBA were popular in the heyday in even less traditional markets like Japan, Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Philippines, and nowadays in places like China and Korea. We just can’t nail down a total sales numbers.. I guess will never know.
- ABBA did 3 Big Live Tours - European Tour 1974-75. - 1977 Touring Europe and Australia, where the group was extremely popular, ("ABBA Mania") and was documented in the feature film ABBA - The Movie, which received a bio premiere in December 1977. During the first half of 1978, the group did a promotional tour in the United States, where the single "Take a Chance on Me" climbed to third place.
ABBA has sent 20 songs onto the Hot 100 (all between 1974 and 1982), earning four top 10 s among 14 top 40 hits. ... ABBA has also landed 13 albums on the Billboard 200 (from 1974 to 2011), six of which reached the chart's top 40, led by The Album, which rose to No. 14, the act's best rank, in 1978. - No 1 Hit "Dancing Queen " in 1976 ) -
In the fall of 1979 the group toured Europe, USA and Canada. In the spring of 1980, the tour continued to Japan, which would be their last concert tour Abba was elected to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2010 and the Swedish Music Hall of Fame in 2014
@@oliviadaly4795 But it would still be Freddie as a hologram - old tech now - not as an avatar! You need a living band member to create an avatar. Holograms have been tried with Whitney Houston and Tupac at two different events - it was grave robbery and was 2D and cheap!!
@@doriangray_1999 ..."grave robbery"...i 'm sorry but i have to agree with you Dorian. At least for Whitney which i loved.Spooky and kinda disrespectful to the most beautiful black songbird my ears have ever heard. And yes indeed it takes a living member for avatar technology as opposed to the hologram but 0f course people can pick and choose whatever they want to, since we can rightfully think/feel different in some cases.
@@doriangray_1999 Yes. I think it would be cool to do with someone like Elvis, but he’s not alive. All of Abba still are and that is the difference. This is really them. It’s not someone wearing a suit imitating them.

ABBA IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE THE NUMBER 1 GROUP ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT THANKYOU ABBA FOR THE MUSIC 🎶..🎵....🎶 ♥️🎵
TBH, I really wish they would finish their undeleted works.
He is a Geni.
The new frontier. Fleetwood Mac / The Eagles/ The Stones? who is next?
Queen.
Fancy admitting her friend recorded it 😡
it's a bit like the matrix
I’d prefer to just get stoned and watch their old videos
Would love for this to happen to led zeppelin. Though i doubt Robert plant and Jimmy page would agree to it.
I don't understand what they mean by "avatars". Are these projections onto a screen? If so, what's the big deal?
No. The ABBA-tars are not projected on the screen. They are on stage, 4D. They look real. It is brand new cutting edge technology. Read the reviews from those that have been their to include Rolling Stone magazine. They are all blown away.
They should of just performed together, would of been better even tho they are all in their 70s
What's the part of the show made by the body doubles?
The more athletic dance movements, bearing in mind that ABBA are all now well into their 70's and are not as agile or as fast on their feet as they were in their 30's.
The members joked that their dance steps are better, they have commented on their lack of choreography in their hey-day when they performed making it up as they went.
Abba did the mowes and dances and the younger is layed on and its not "hologram " - "luckas from Holywood who does like starwars so its Abba ground and
4:38 that's because he is Bjørn, not Björn.
IN SWEDISH Its BJÖRN ( means Bear )
Björn is a rather common name i n sweden as a first name and it is named after the animal not the Drink he he - the ABBA has rather Common swedish names
Arbour?
I will never understand why Americans continue to pronounce it "AHHH-ba."
As a swede we don't really bother about that. There are much bigger stuff out there to care about.
@@JCWiley2300 "Please consider silencing yourself." How delightfully ESL! I'm going to use that in my classes.
KISS will be the next!!
Björn wouldn't need a younger image of himself. Neither would Benny. OK?
sería bueno subtitulada en español
Americans need to stop saying Aaba
Isn't it more important that they pronounce Agnetha correctly and stop using "Anna" incorrectly to refer to Agnetha or Anni-Frid / Frida? I've never heard any Abba member declare that the pronunciation of Abba is so important, and some other fans have declared the pronunciation you complained about is correct.
@@bobdavis4848 The ABBA members don't want to aalienate their Aamerican fans
@@mariamalhotra8228 Since you didn't wrote "I think," I am assuming that is not a mere guess of yours, but an actual quote from Abba members or one Abba member on behalf of the others. From what source? I think they don't wish to alienate fans from wherever.
@@bobdavis4848 Carefully re-read Maria's comment (check the spelling), it was a joke which your reply shows you missed.

He's going to enjoy counting the money while the holograms do all the work.
Perhaps in a way but I do not think ABBA agreed to this all for the money; years ago they turned down incredible monetary offers to reform.
@@DavidVarkonyiA recommendation on the Abba concert that you already knew was all to do with a an amazing technological achievement, but found the time you claim you wouldn't waste to look at something you have no interest in and give a negative comment, about something you have never witnessed...Wow enough said:)
