Lentor Mansion more ex by $200 ! Boh Hua!” …. this indirectly make those project launched under non-harmonisation rule appreciate in value right ? May be that’s why Lentor Hill Residences suddenly observed a pick up in its closed deals these few days right before Lentor Mansion launch - so I heard ….. above just my own thoughts, pls ignore me if I’m talking rubbish 😂😂😂

You have a great point there. Many ppl may forgot about harmony and choose the lowest psf for resale 🥲
