Jonah and Joshua | WMSCOG, Church of God

What We Need Today to Enter the Heavenly Canaan
God repeatedly emphasized to Joshua to be very courageous
when he reached right in front of Canaan, and commanded Jonah
to preach God’s word boldly in the capital city of the enemy country.
In this regard, we need courage more than anything else
in preaching the gospel of the new covenant to the whole world.
The Church of God Turns Physical Eyes Into the Eyes of Faith
and Puts the Words of God Into Practice
Believing that the gospel of God will change darkness into light
wherever it is preached, the members of the Church of God,
who are to inherit the spiritual Canaan, carry out the mission of Joshua,
and just as Jonah did, they boldly preach the good news of salvation
of Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother to the whole world.
Joshua 1:6-7
“Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit
the land I swore to their ancestors to give them. Be strong and very courageous.
Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it
to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go.”
