- Harry Styles reacts to winning Album of the Year for 'Harry's House' backstage at the 2023 GRAMMYs. The singer dedicates the album to his friends, and says making music is the 'love of his life.' Harry also shares he thought Beyoncé was going to win Album of the Year. The 65th annual GRAMMY Awards aired Sunday on CBS.

I LOVE how Harry says we instead of me. And that his music is uplifting and happy. His songs are about love and caring for each other. Being true to yourself and being kind. He doesn’t bash people in his songs and talk bad about people. I so love that about his music. It is so fun and refreshing! THANK YOU HARRY STYLES! LOVE YOU MAN! 🙋🏻♀️
Trust me I used his songs yesterday and had a robust workout and people should accept their wins with grace like Harry showed with grace and humbleness which shows class. The division is narrowing but earn it and do not demand, race has nothing to do with arts. All the new age winners need to take note of a great example Harry has set he is connected wit the world and real fans are enjoying his music please folks stop the melodrama and show appreciation for a new star rather than be cry babies. One cannot have one winner always and yes smart people who listen to music get tired of old topics bed room saga lovers cheating hood music is great for the soul. Best interview ever! I mean the most people give a short interview...talking about music stuff but he talks honestly about his real feelings! He talks about fans, friends..band members and how they all give him the power and love to create it all. He is a very, very warmhearted person. Maybe the most one Ive ever heard with this subject. The best part of this interview was at the end when he signed, “thank you” to the lady who was signing for him in sign language! She was so touched! Just Harry being Harry! 💙💚

Even the question about Beyoncé being the expected winner, he obviously didn’t expect to win in this category but he’s so grateful and I’m sure he was just as shocked to have won. its sad that ppl were so upset and quick to rain on his parade. Like he said most artists don’t go into the process of writing and creating their music expecting to win an award they’re just expressing themselves and putting out what they feel at the time

I remember one of his friends (not close one) said he’s a very quiet person. Whereas, his close friend Nick Grimshaw said he’s a very deep person. I guess he speaks more when he is with his close ones because it takes time for him to elaborate his thought. But it’s also strange considering that he’s such charismatic performer.

That’s terrible! I love Beyoncé but I don’t listen to her music nearly as much as I do from Harry Styles. Harry’s House was the ONLY album I continuously listened to almost the whole year of 2022. This album NEEDED to win, and I am so glad that it did

I understand that you don’t agree with the academy decision, or that you just don’t like him, that’s understandable, everyone has different tastes. I think one of the reasons Harry won Album of the Year is his live concert. He brings his music to the people live. And you can see that he is genuine and enjoys bringing his music to people. He is great. Beyoncé’s people always think she should win. Well, she doesn’t work at bringing her music to people with live shows. I know she has a new tour starting in the spring but Harry has worked all year with his tour.

Harry is just so different than other singers with his music. His songs always make me feel like I'm in a different world of make believe. You know water melon sugar high. They're just so creative and it takes a genius to come up with such songs and music. Yes he deserved to win because no one can touch his music. He should of said do you want to take this one when she mentioned Beyonce like she's a queen bee. 😂
At 5:40, that was very direct of the interviewer to ask if he expected Beyoncé to win. But to be fair, Renaissance was the expected winner from most critics and publications.
Harry did handle that wild question tastefully and respectfully though.

The Beyonce album was okay but a lot of her material sounded like it was "borrowed" samples from the past. That's not deserving of album of the year. That doesn't mean her music was bad. It just means it was nothing special.
