Pyroblast even after getting buffed for 2 mana is just a direct damage spell that has board pressure as a prerequisite unless it’s lethal. Lamplighter is a bullshit card that can be overly abused especially in rogue where you can basically have 7 of them in your deck using shadowstep, breakdance and ft
They should've made it like "Battlecry: deal 1 damage for every elemental card you've played in a row", that way using shadowstep etc. will reset it. It'd also make it a little weaker for this shaman deck, which wouldn't necessary be that bad.
This showed me that my builds of this deck had far too high a curve, it seems it's better to go for a much faster build rather than any kind of midrange. I've now copied this build but I couldn't resist putting Shudderblock in (currently having taken out one meltemental for it) - Shudderblock's synergy with Kalimos and Incindius is too good to ignore in my opinion, and you can use it for refills with the nimbus or the frog too, which is nice.
I can see that, especially considering that this type of deck goes though cards in hand at a pretty fast rate. Hence, the hopper and nimbus reload is a rather appealing options. Also, Shudderblock being a minion works perfectly well with Magatha too.

While the 1/1 is pretty great, the 7-cost shudder isn't something you can reliably play without breaking the Elemental Chain. Plus, what are the best elementals too tripple since you can't shudder damage abilities? Ones that draw more elementals? There are a few that give board presence that are better, but it's not worth the clunkyness.

Doesn't work with Skarr and Lamplighter and you cannot afford to turn off the chain otherwise you lose all your burst you accumilated over the course of the game and if it turns off well you pretty much lost that game because it'll highly unlikely the game will go on long enough to build up a big chain again. It's also generally not a good idea to have a deck with multiple packages that don't synergize with your general game plan which is chaining elementals and bursting them down. Hope this was good enough for you and many others to wrap your head around because like Kibler I am also sick and tired of explaining this to so many people.

I've seen that Lamplighter is also kinda broken in Rogue. They MIGHT want to limit his damage to 5 or something.
Changing the cost to 4 would remove Tess creating a bunch of copies.

You really want to keep the elemental chain going and Shudderblock doesn't work with the battlecries you'd most want to copy (the ones that go face)

An effect like Lamplighter's should not be on a 3 Mana card. Should be a 5 or 6 drop tbh.
I think this is better than the rogue one where you mostly run out of elementals, shaman has a lot of them
