The EF-S 60mm macro is a great lens for APS-C Canon cameras! Unfortunately it is discontinued. That said, with newer mirrorless APS-C cameras from Canon, like the R7, R10, and R100, we've found that the RF 100mm macro works great. This is mostly because the autofocusing speed with this lens is phenomenal. But it is better for super macro with a more narrow field of view.

U have shot only underwater with lens or in land also and checked the sharpness? Noise maybe bcos less light not Lens issue
Yup! We shot it both underwater and above water. The EF100mm appears to have slightly less noise than the RF but it's not a huge difference.
