Thank you so much for all your videos. I'm 23 and I got diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma on October 29th. I'll be doing 6 rounds of chemo (5 months) and possibly radiation. I start my first round on November 29th. I'm thankful I only got diagnosed with stage 2A, but I'm so scared. It makes me happy seeing you happy and healthy.
I have chemo this Thursday and then my last one (hopefully 🤞) is May 7th. Then I have a pet scan 8 weeks after that. My last pet scan (a few months ago) was 95% clear. 😊 These last few chemo treatments are hitting me hard, but I'm soooo close.
@@alexiamartinez5106 Sorry you are ill w/cancer. Did you have to have a bone marrow biopsy on both sides of your pelvis & do you have a port in your chest & radiation treatments & any blood transfusions & had any lymphnodes removed ?
Wow so Informative and interesting…. Thanks so much. My daughter has just been diagnosed with lymphoma, and has been told she will need chemo and radiation, obviously I am scared for her , and wanted to find out from someone who has been through it , so I can help her. This video is brilliant THANKYOU 🙏🙏🙏. It looks like you have come through and look great now . Well done hope it that is behind you now …. Many thanks again 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🕊🌹
Thank you so much for this top 20 list. I was moaning so much that those around me were convinced I was making up the symptoms. Your list and explanations were simple and informative, Even though I had the lymphoma in my chest there were symptoms even I couldn't explain away and you have detailed them perfectly. I still have the chemo brain and still can't explain fully my actions and behaviour. I am sorry that had to experience the cancer in order to find out what the symptoms of chemo were,
So yes everything you have said is what I'm going through. I hate it so much. Makes me want to stop it all. Thank you for the video makes me feel a little better. To know I'm not crazy.
I started my chemo pills and chemo infusion yesterday. My side effect right away is burning sensations thru my face. On and off burning feeling around my cheek bones
i have one not mentioned I feel pain in my eyes and am very light sensitive but i'm now half way through . I have CHOP and am 3/6 rounds far and when that is done i must go under BEAM Chemo high Dose with Stemcell transplantation , Luckely the most heaviest part is supervised in the hospital untill i recover to acceptable level to go home.
Thank you for the video! Awesome to see someone help by educating on the symptoms. I have Hodgkins Lymphoma and am going through chemo at the moment, and can say you definitely hit the nail on the head with all the symptoms you mentioned. Glad to see you’re healthy now and living strong! Cheers! :)
@@DNAFitnessUK Doing pretty well, on my seventh treatment now out of 12! Its tough in the moment, the side effects and pain are inevitable but the suffering is a choice. I'm very optimistic about the future and cant wait to get back into the gym afterwards. Much like yourself I'm a fitness and health fanatic. Anyways keep up the great work man!
@@acoustic19942012 Sorry you are ill w/cancer. Did you have to have a bone marrow biopsy on both sides of your pelvis & do you have a port in your chest & radiation treatments & any blood transfusions & had any lymphnodes removed ? Reason I ask is because I might have what you have or leukemia . I just had a CT Scan w/IV contrast & it showed a lump in the left side of my throat below my cheek. Waiting for a biopsy to be done .
Bob Shaw Hi Bob! Thank you I’m now 3 months remission. Yes I had 3 biopsy’s on my neck and some lymph nodes removed. I had the bone marrow biopsy done as well but luckily the cancer didn’t make it that far. Biopsy’s are no fun but you’ll heal from those quick! I personally chose not to have a port or a pick put in. I started chemo a pretty healthy guy and had lots of veins showing in my arms. It got difficult near the end to find my veins but I managed. Wishing you nothing but the best for your journey. Take things each day at a time and remember the strongest asset you’ll have going through all this is your mind. With a good mindset you’ll get through anything.
@@acoustic19942012 Thank You for your reply & kind words . Glad your in remission now . How long were your treatments & did you go thru stem cell treatments at all ?
Thank you so much for your videos my husband is in remission (thank you Lord ) he also had non Hodgkin's lymphoma but he have been having a little pain in his lower back is this a side effect of his immune being low or chemo treatment...
