I got it 3 days ago and i regret it because my cpu is lower than the requirements but my graphic card is great and ram is great but i cant even play the game i get like stutters and 30 fps in campaign mode and in training mode i get over 120 fps even if i change graphic settings nothing happens my framerate stays the same idk if its on my end or if the game needs optimization.

Yeah, I had the same issue with Battlefield a few years ago. CPU was 6 generations old and capping at 100% even though my graphics card was a 2070 at the time. That's when I knew it was time for a full PC upgrade.

I heard it will be released on PS4 too... surely there is no way it could handle this game right?

It looks a tall order when you see this video, but bear in mind you're likely seeing it on max GPU settings with a modern high-end PC running it. If you drop the game to it's very lowest settings, 30fps (maybe even 20), 720p, optimize some stuff further using whatever developers have learned about optimization since the PS4 was released, and what you will find is that the PS4 would come pretty close.
If you built a PC to match the specifications of the PlayStation 4, I reckon you would be looking at a 4GB GTX960 and an Intel Core i5-2500 with 4GB system RAM (the PS4 has 8GB RAM, but remember, the GPU would have 4GB GDDR5 VRAM, meaning this PC would have 8GB RAM in total. This would approximate the PS4's splitting of RAM resources, about 5GB for games and about 3GB for the UI, although I'm sure they probably increased the game side over time).
Anyway, when you look at that PC I just built in my head, it's not all that far away from the minimum specs for the game on PC. The minimum PC requirements are: A GTX 970, Intel Core i5 6600k or Ryzen 2600 and 8GB System RAM. It's higher, but not all that MUCH higher than a PS4. And if a PS4 can't quite make it, a PS4 Pro can, and perhaps the Pro is what they're actually aiming for, but because you have to release anything you put on the Pro on the base console as well, maybe they're just saying they're aiming for the PS4 to keep Sony happy, but I don't think so. I really think that with work, if they are not on any tight timescale that they can't take the time they need to do it right, they can get it done.
Besides, if they could put the Witcher 3 on Nintendo Switch, then these guys can put this game on a PS4. It would be one of those 'impossible ports' you hear about, but I think it is possible.

So this is the full campaign? Im a new player and after finishing those 2 missions and the procedural generated missions i thought i was missing something. What happened to the part where we're supposed to play as an Iraqi father trying to escape the city with his family? Why is there an exclamation warning/alert symbol to the left on the timeline? 🤔

The game is still in Early Access (in-development) and planned for full release Fall 2025 according to their Steam page. As of right now, these are the only 2 campaign missions. I will be doing another episode of the procedural generation missions though. There is not date for when the next campaign mission update is though.
